Maya, with Virgin mobile at their Kiosk in Mapleview Mall here in Burlington was so helpful to me to connect my services with Virgin Mobile. She should work with clients more as she personally took her spare time to assist me when I could not connect my google Comcast device. She went above and beyond. Technology can be overwhelming for seniors. She explained so well and was so helpful.

Ally was super helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure I got the exact device I was looking for which I soon realized seen almost impossible to find. Left it in her capable hands and sure enough within a few days she texted me and said she found me one and it was in store waiting for me. I wanna give you guys a three star. The ladies were nice however, the iPhones are not the best kind of phones but they’re good for new phone but androids are way more easier to use than iPhones.

We were able to get her a new phone with ease & he was great at explaining everything to us & went above & beyond the entire way through; He made sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchase.
