My daughter has been a student with CBK for 2.5 years and it has been a fantastic experience!The changes I have seen as a parent have warmed my heart immensely - I have seen such tremendous growth, discipline, enjoyment, and confidence since we joined!! The owner, instructors, students, and parents all contribute to a well rounded environment. I highly recommend CBK for anyone looking!

My kid has struggled with anxiety for awhile. After researching different martial arts, my child opted for Karate. After contacting a few places, we tried here. Our first two visits were one on one sessions so expectations could be set on both sides. Now we’ve been going for two months and my child absolutely loves going. Usually they’re shy and anxious of doing anything but ever since we started at CBK, I’ve watched my child growing more comfortable with themselves! The staff is great, friendly, and engaged. Definitely recommend!

Great school! Staff and instructors are caring and know how to connect with kids. Both my children earned their black belts and really loved it. Instilled a love for a healthy lifestyle and some valuable life lessons.

Wonderful school! Professional and caring staff. Clean and fun atmosphere for kids. Our son loves his karate, loves the classes, the friends he's made, the weapons they get to practice with even at 7 years old. They also offer board breaking classes, which are very exciting for the students and parents.

My son had fun going Here. Instructors are stern and was the children to succeed. Eventually took him out as I extended my family and he started to also loose interest. If your looking for an affordable place, want your child to exercise, and focus mind and body, try inquiring. There could be more seating but it's also a smaller family friendly setting. Instructors were always respectful and nice which is a bonus. Do keep in mind for each level your child goes they will introduced to new equipment you need to pay for. I would give an overall 4.7 rating of my experience. Lead instructor was very understanding to my situation which I greatly appreciate. Thank you for your teaching and patience with my son as he can be a bit silly and full of energy.

Our son had taken a keen interest in karate last year, so we started to research local programs in our area. CBK was the first one we spoke with, and after one phone call and one trial session, we registered without visiting any others! Their in-person sessions are very well organized with safety protocols that make us feel safe sending our son to practice. Their ability to pivot to online sessions during lockdown was also very well executed and gives us the flexibility to train many times a week from the comfort of home. Both Shihan Scott and Sensei Lucy are wonderful instructors, and our son is very happy with the program and his personal progress. I highly recommend Canada’s Best Karate!

My son has been practicing here for a year now. We absolutely love the community. It’s wonderful to see how my son is learning new skills and discipline that he can apply in his daily life. The teachers are so caring. I feel that my son not only physically progressing but also socially. He learns about self defense and how to stand up for himself and that to me is everything.

This a great dojo with great instructors. My son with autism is thriving and he loves it. It’s a great way to learn discipline, gain confidence and meet new friends.

The dojo is really what has us coming back. This location has a great set of people, they are wonderful and always working hard! My sons are enrolled and they love it so much they want to attend classes everyday! Thank you CBK for making us feel like family. You guys are all amazing!

CBK is a great place to learn and socialize. I am glad to have my son here as I can see his progress after each class. He gets more enthusiastic about learning new techniques and becomes more confident. And most importantly, he is happy. Great atmosphere! CBK professional black belt instructors have individual approach to each and every child which is very important. Very neat place with a comfortable area for parents to observe while your kids are mastering new techniques. Thank you, Sensei Scott Bullard for the CBK!
