This place came highly recommended. They were amazing at answering all my questions online and in store . Anwar was insightful and friendly, answering all my questions and also helping me along the way. I also scored a sweet Humidor for an amazing price. I highly recommend them and look forward to going back again for all my cigar needs

Anwar was amazing! He helped us pick out the perfect cigars for my fiancés 30th birthday. We told him our budget and he was very patient with us. He also showed us a couple tricks to make sure it taste the same from beginning to end. 5 stars and will definitely be recommending them to friends.

The gentleman running the lansdowne location is very professional. However be careful with some of the cigars, I purchased some of the house blends and other sticks and by the time I got home chunks were missing out of the foot of the cigars.They were not dropped or mishandled by any means. don't know if this happened after the store clerk put them into a bag, or if they were like that when he pulled them out of the humidor. Either way doesn't matter they are dry and damaged. If i go back I will be inspecting every stick that comes out of the humidor. But it's a really nice location and like I said the clerk is awesome. Just pay attention to what your buying.

I went to Cigar Man around 8:45 pm on 12/29 to grab a few cigars. I was very impressed with the selection of cigars however I was disappointed with the service I received from the individual working the desk. I understand that it was a bit late and coming to the closing of the store. The older gentleman who helped me was visibly irritated with me coming in and mentioned that he was closing at 8:50 pm because the owner does not pay me to count the register after 9:00 pm" when the store hours posted indicated it closed. I can understand the frustration but projecting his problems with his manager on to the customers is inappropriate. I'd like to come back at some point

Anwar was super patient and helpful in acquiring some hard to find items. Anwar arranged delivery to my home quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend for them service and selection.

Just stepped out of the store. I have to agree with some of the negative reviews about the rude dismissive behaviour of staff.I went in and the gentleman asked if he could help. I said I was looking for Filipino cigars for a special occasion. He made an annoyed facial expression and shook his head.He didn’t say “No, but how about trying this great cigar? Or No we don’t carry Filipino cigars, maybe try Cigaravana.” He didn’t even speak or make a sound.I strolled through store and as I left, “I said have a great day” hoping for some response. Maybe I caught him at a bad moment. NOPE. No reply. Didn’t even lift his head.Not a welcoming experience.I recommend going elsewhere.

Overall, not the best. The old gentleman working there is quite impatient and uninterested in the customer and that has been true of the past 5-6 times I’ve visited. But, that isn’t my main problem. I’ve bought multiple cigars from here since they’re the only place open past 6, and they almost always were fine. Last time, however, I purchased a larger number of tubos for a large group of people coming over. When I got home, they were almost all covered with mould and smelled absolutely horrible. There was visible mould and the smell of the mould filled the room as we opened the tubes. Although they may claim is “bloom” (ie, crystallized oils of the cigar), as someone who has worked with fungi in a laboratory setting in the past, I know for a fact that was mould. Anyways, hundreds of dollars down the drain. Inspect your cigars and only go here if bad customer service isn’t deal breaker.

Such incredible, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Went in a few times over the Christmas holiday and left pleased with my service each time. I will definitely be going back and would recommend this store to anyone!
