A few months ago i called prior to coming to get an official certification for a government document for my husband. The receptionist told us there was no problem. My husband went to her office and she sent him on a wild hunt for someone else to do it. Angry, i called the government of ontario to verify that she was able to do this for him and confirmed it was in her power. Sounds like laziness or self importance issues. Her mailing brochure is laughable.

very poor. going to office again and again regarding my pr file .. she is doing nothing instead of lying..every time wait for two month and visit again after 3 months .. she extended the more time. wait for more5 month. literally no help. just want to know which step thery are in process
