One stop shop for printing, packaging, courier. Very nice and cooperative staff, they help in selecting the product if someone isn't sure. Waiting time is very less. Dedicated parking is very less, there are other spots available but those belong to other businesses and there's also public parking in the plaza, one can use that too.

I made passport photo, he charged me twice(double charged for one service)for sending digital photo and printed one without noticing me in advance. The Price was much higher than other stores.Also he was so impatient when I was preparing for my photo which wasn't respectful.

Best UPS store in the GTA. Alpa and Dipan are extremely kind and helpful. They helped me security package and ship a big piece of artwork and went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much!

This dude is simply the best.I used to use the other location on dundas/427 a lot but once I came to here I haven't gone back since. Let's put this way, Dipan knows what he is doing; he is super efficient and very pleasant to deal with. After my third visit to the store, he already remembers my name and always greet me on a first name basis.A few occasions that when the store was busy, while he was waiting for other customers filling the paperwork, Dipan would just come to the door and collect my packages and run back to his station, have them scanned, and come back to the door giving me the receipt. The dude knows how to run a store efficiently.Lately Dipan has brought his wife to run the store together, and he did an amazing job to get his wife trained and both of them are running the store even more smoothly!I enjoy very much talking with them, although most are only small talks. I especially enjoy every Friday afternoon when we wish each other a nice weekend, or crack some jokes, etc...Highly recommend this place, from my heart.

The man working at this store is very friendly and even opened the front door for me when I arrived. He was kind and courteous, and helped me with sending off my return package with ease. He even printed a receipt without me asking in order for me to track my package. I don't remember ever receiving this good of service at any UPS I've ever been to. Thank you.

Very good service and reasonable price. Till today I thought shipping prices are the same at all UPS Stores. Learnt the lesson today. This store gave me the best price on shipping. 25% better than The East Mall store!

Dipan is the most polite and patient customer service employee I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. He did not rush me once with my several inquiry phone calls. It was pleasantly refreshing to not feel like I was intruding and having to rush my concerns. Thank you for your great service to the people. You are the light of the world.

I’m glad I visited this outlet just based on Maps reviews. The staff are very friendly and nice. Even helped me pack and tape my parcel. Highly recommended and will go back again if I have something that needs to send out. Thank you so much!

Great customer service. The man at counter was very helpful and made my package drop off quick and easy. Update: Went to return a package a week back and the staff made is it quick an easy process. Highly recommend them!
