The lady in about her 50s with blonde hair wearing glasses is a completely nazism and should not be working at Canada Post with her condescending attitude, loud volume and badass face

I too don't understand all the negative reviews. I've picked up and shipped from this location for 15 years and never had any bad experiences with staff. Maybe because I respect them? Maybe because I know their work could be challenging some days? I always approach politely and I get it in return...even on apparent bad days!

The service here is actually quite good if you walk in knowing 2 things: exactly what you need from them and that they understand the system far better than you do.The older woman that works here is clearly competent at her job. I once returned some telecom equipment and she advised me to email them the tracking number receipt to receive my deposit back earlier. I've watched her clearly lay out the options and give informed recommendations to those sending packages.Only 4/5 stars because this place is clearly overworked and understaffed (as per usual).

Even though you are first in line they play favorites and take people from the exit side. I guess these people are better then everyone else and the post office staff are to scared to tell them to go to the back of the line. Next time I go and there is a line I'm going to the exit side and getting help before everyone else since they are allowing it.

Was going pickup a package from the post.i think the old lady name rose dont like me lmao. i show her the pickup notice card that they left on door. Even the payment receipt and the receipt that include the tracking number that my friend send to me. She wont let me pickup the package. Waste 30 mins and miss my bus. Worstest day

Hard to give 5 stars to Canada post but I have to say the staff work hard and fast at this location.

Staff for the most part are very friendly and willing to help you out. Never had an issue with this post office, nor any delays. Staff are great at getting your parcel rung in and ready to ship immediately. Often, staff get impatient with people who do not know how to ship items at all because they have not gone through the trouble of understanding the shipping options/restrictions prior to getting in line and want things for free-- I feel staff are justified in this respect. I am not sure I understand all the negativity in these reviews; this post office has always been quick and staff willing to help if you need. Word to the wise, read up on shipping delays, orders etc before arriving and taking up the time of the staff who are then forced to educate you.

The woman with black bob hairstyle and white stripes deserves a raise , she worked so so well under pressure . There was still a big line and she went out of her way to help me even though she didn’t really have to… thankful for her service .

I always go there for my postal needs. All staff behind the counter have been pleasant and helpful. As you walk in through the perfume aisle, there is always someone to greet you. My only complaint is never winning any lotteries when buying my tickets at checkout.
