The STO has literally the highest fare of any transit service in Canada; the idea that the response to their ransomware attack taking down their payment services online was to force their customers to go *in person* to a service that they only staff two days a week gives you an idea of the kind of contempt you can expect from them.

Would give 0 stars if could, 1 employee rediculous amount of people at beginning of new school year and months some times, and open like 12 hours the entire week... Absolutely rediculous

It's ridiculous that it's closed during the week . As a senior citizen it's difficult for me to get around because there's hardly any busses on the road on weekendsTo call this place a point of service is a joke.

A service open twice a week should be offered online if it can't afford to have it open at least 5 days.

The drivers are often rude, and busses are constantly late or early. Never show up when they’re supposed to. The number of times STO has failed me... is a joke system. If you can avoid you definitely should lol.
