Once our approval for the house came through, the baton was passed from the manager to an employee. During our final meeting with the manager, we were told the employee would constantly communicate with us. This did not happen. The lack of communication from the employee throughout the entire process was unbelievable.I asked the employee 3 and a half weeks before we began finalizing everything do they need anything else from me, and I was assured that they did not. Then just over a week before the possession date, I was informed that they do, in fact, need 6-months worth of bank statements from me. Then we got the Mortgage Commitment Letter, which needed to be adjusted to account for the new quote plus materials. My oh my, did this upset the employee when we pointed out their mistake, Rather than informing us that the quote did not say + materials, they took it upon themselves with NO communication to adjust the letter with a different value.Let me clarify one thing as it seems this is hard for the employee and manager to understand our issue with this company is their absolutely appalling communication, not that the value could only be adjusted to match the quote we had. To make matters worse, the manager told my husband that having a higher asking value did not matter because we could ask for a refund, which we were only told after the ordeal.When we questioned them about the value of the new letter because, at this point, we did not know why it had not been adjusted to what we thought would be the right amount. This is where good communication comes in. The manager thought it would be appropriate to set one of us by having a phone call with our realtor to see how they speak to their employees." I am very happy to share my experience with legacy mortgage which helped me a lot to buy my first home in Canada without trouble, was very that I got chance to arspinder who helped me through out the whole process by explaining each and everythingin detailed and bring my approval before my condition removal date.I would highly recommend very one to get their approval from legacy mortgage.

This is the review written for the experience I had dealing and interacting Leo from Legacy Mortgage.My requirement was one year rate hold at the beginning and unfortunately Leo could not help me though he tried his very best. I had to turn to my A list home bank, and I was able to get a mortgage with 1 year rate hold.Leo, kept in touch with me about whole year, though he knew I had a mortgage with different bank already approved! Leo never forced me to switch to Legacy mortgage. Instead he suggested to stick with my approval I got from different bank and told it was a strong approval and rates were decent. He always presented the fact, always advised me as a friend rather a broker.A week back he calls me and advises to push to reduce rates lower from my bank. Though I was little skeptical as I did not want lose the deal, I trusted him enough by now and pushed for lower rate taking his advise. He kept in touch with me throughout the negotiations with my other broker and helped me to reduce the rates by very considerable amount from what I was offered at the beginning.What struck me was, he advised me to stay with other broker and helped me get best deal possible. He took the saying keep client's interest first" to whole new level! and that speaks volume! He never questioned me about my decision to go with other bank

Very Knowledgeable and Excellent Service!I would highly recommend the team at Legacy. I was up for a mortgage renewal and went to them to see my options. Sundeep at Legacy knew more about the products offered at my bank than the advisors at the bank. He was able to explain the differences in products and ultimately set me up with the right product within my preferred bank. It was easy and no hassle or pressure to switch banks.Also, I appreciate the portal and checklist to upload all documents. It is very well organized and all the necessary documentation is completed efficiently.If I could give more stars I would!
