They work from 9 am to 5 pm and not open on any of the weekends - how people who work from 9 to 5 can get an appointment? You should be more caring about your customers.

Highly Recommend! Just returned from my initial assessment at BioPed Kitchener The most fun medical appointment I have ever had. Brandon took the time to explain everything in easy to understand terms, no pressure for products or services, just good and honest customer care. You can tell they genuinely care and just want to help people.

Totally friendly staff!Went today for a consult on having my toenail removed on my left great toe. Dr. Karbhari was SUPER. I informed her that I needed my ingrown toenail permanently removed and she ask when I wanted the procedure dine. I said ASAP, and she said why not today. Excellent experience with a knowledgeable and very caring Chiropodist! I didn't feel a thing! Thank you very much Dr. Karbhari!!

Always amazing service! I locked my keys in my car when visiting these guys. It was Friday, 15 min before close and the podiatrist stayed behind and used his caa to unlock my car! Amazing! 5 star thanks so much.

Staff friendly but told New Balance were in stock at their supplier and would come in 5-7 business days. I waited nearly 3 weeks. Would not order shoes from them again
