Natural Choice - Tankless Water Heater Repair & Furnace Maintenance

James came to the house and walked me through everything involved with my furnace and air conditioning unit. He put together a recommendation and his team followed through quickly to complete the job. Each person involved was kind, professional, and informative all throughout the process. I highly recommend...it's exactly what you hope/pray for when you contact a company for help.

My AC broke down and called Natural Choice to take a look. My system was getting old (16 years) and was the original from the builder. James arrived to assess my old unit and in a polite, no pressure and well informed way advised that this unit needed to be replaced. After discussing my options, I was able to make an informed decision to get a whole system. Ryan (and Ben, I believe) arrived to do the install and, as James was, very professional and courteous. The installation was very cleanly done along with the pipes and wiring, it looked very professionally done! The AC system is a huge improvement to what we had, my old system ran constantly when the outside temperature was hot, this one actually works much more efficiently and doesn’t seem to break a sweat by comparison to get comfortable on the couple of very hot days we’ve had already. I can’t wait to see how the furnace will perform come the winter. James and his crew knocked it out of the park. We replaced our furnace and A/C unit. They also set us up with a slick new thermostat and modified our existing ducting to help with airflow in the house. They don't use high pressure sales tactics and their team were very careful in our home. We couldn't be happier!

This is the third time I've dealt with Natural Choice. James and his team are brilliant. They're efficient, honest and extremely professional. I've rarely come across a service provider that has this level of integrity and dedication to their craft. They are also willing to go the extra mile every time I've had the need to call. You can't go wrong with this company. They're simply the best.

When I first started out with them, thought they were amazing. Got to do payments with No Interest at all(so they said, and never received no paperwork ever) now here I am 5 yrs later thinking I'm almost paid off...NOPE! I got just over another $2400.00 to pay from a $3314.00 and change LOAN. I was NEVER GIVEN OR TOLD OF A LOAN!!! I was told my unit I purchased went with was $2800.00 and could make monthly payments at no interest or any extra cost whatsoever. I spoke with billing Mario in email and phone, and the guy won't even give me paper write up from James and won't answer my questions. Just tells me to pay another $2400 on top of my over $2600.00 already paid in!!!If you're offered Payments with No Interest, Go Elsewhere!!! I'm beyond MAD right now!!! I take back all the good things I said about this company! I'm speaking with a lawyer already see if I can fight this. Be prepared.

I dealt with James over the phone. James is very knowledgable. He was able to explain what the available options were in a simple and easy way to understand.Within a couple of days James arranged for one of his crews to remove the old system and install the new air handler with coil and air conditioner.The installers Matt and Ricardo were very niceguys and very professional.I strongly recommend this company for all your heating and air conditioning needs

James and his team were quick to respond to our request and they installed our new A/C the next day. Ryan did a professional job with a clean installation. I'd definitely recommend Natural Choice Heating & Cooling. Hot water tank died and they came out that same day to have a look and order a new one. They waived the charge for the initial visit when they did the install and even showed up days earlier than expected. The installers were great to deal with and got the job completed quickly and with minimal disruption to the office. Great service!!

We were lucky to stumble upon Natural Choice Heating & Cooling when we called Sears to get a quote. James has been absolutely amazing and so are his employees. We were supported through every step of the process (installing a new A/C unit) with extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thank you James for providing such great service. James took a lot of time to help us decide which furnace to go with. This experience was identical to the one 6 years ago where James was friendly, easily accessible to answer any questions, and took the time to give advice or suggestions as needed. The installation staff were also great! They took great care to use drop cloths and keep the house looking as clean as it did before they arrived. Natural Choice is still my #1 go-to for any HVAC stuff I need.

They came last week to install some HVAC units and everything was top notch including the follow up to make sure we were satisfied. the team were courteous and polite and on time. they finished earlier than expected, these guys were greathighly reccomended!
