The waitress was polite but the service was quite slow because she was the only one on the floor. The portions were a bit small in terms of the price. The pho and pineapple chicken fried rice tasted decent. They should have hired more servers.

It's the worst restaurant in GTA I have ever been to. We didn't check the review before we came. Guys, check how many bad reviews they got recently and then decide if you should come.1. The owner surcharged at checkout, she claimed the new menu hasn't come and it's legal for her to surcharge as long as she sticks a note at the check out desk. She doesn't need and doesn't have time to tell the customers in advance or stick a similar note on the menu. (It doesn't matter how much you charge, but you should tell customers sincerely in advance. There is no way you can randomly surcharge at checkout.)2. I found out she surcharges $5 at checkout and so I refused to pay tip (the tip amounts to around $5. The owner/server then became so crazy, shouted at us, and threatened us to get out of her restaurant.3. I ordered 3 chicken wings, but she serves 10 wings. I don't know if she didn't understand or just tried to get more money. Anyway the size was too small, so I didn't ask her to take some back.4. The food taste was plain, and many dishes were not available.(2 well done beef Phos: Menu: 12.5 *2 Charged: 14*2; 10 Chicken Wings: 10 Charged: 12- I actually ordered 3, but the size is too small so I accept it. The server just randomly charges, the dish name on the receipt doesn't even match what I order.) (The 1st image sticky note is only on check out desk.)

Passing through Barrie and felt like having some Pho. Restaurant was empty but that didn’t stop us. After reading a few reviews, I ordered the XL as someone complained it wasn’t that big. It’s HUGE. Ordered the spicy well done beef pho. It was good. Ordered some deep fried spring rolls as well - tastes fresh.All in all - solid 4 stars, just a bit pricy. Would have been a solid 5 stars if price point was on par with other places

The staff were friendly but the food was just nasty. We ordered two xl beef Pho. We received two small portions of noodles and meat but xl broth. The meat smelled and tasted rotten. The broth was very oily. We had to use a paper towel to trap some of the oil off of the broth. The kicker is that each “xl” pho costs $22. That’s $44 for some of the worst pho that we’ve ever had. Never again.

At first I thought this restaurant’s main issue was the language barrier but after being served near raw Shanghai noodles and being given an attitude for rejecting the meal, I now understand why this restaurant struggles so much.The wonton soup and shrimp fried rice was good though. Food was way overpriced also.

I’ve been going here for more than 5 years and it is my go to spot! I love the chicken phó so much and crave it all the time! My best friend and I go at least once or twice a month! The best fresh rolls too!

I really enjoyed the food as it was a large portion and flavourful. Both the waiter and owner were pleasant and provided good service. The only downside is the cost - $17.50 for a regular size beef with rice noodle pho seemed a bit pricey for the meal.I will go back, just not as often as I'd like due to cost.

Loved the flavour of the soup! Nice hearty seasoned beef! Loved the all around flavours that this restaurant has been able to accomplish.The tea was AMAZING. The best tea I’ve ever tasted. Would have loved if I could take some home!!!We got some tea!!! Staff was very kind and friendly!!

I’ve been coming here for 6 years, and I absolutely love it. The food is always amazing, super personalized customer service. I never have to order any more she just knows what I wants and confirms it as I walk in!!! Amazing lady! She is so sweet, always has good conversations and the environment is cozy and safe!! I love this restaurant and the staff that work here. Will definitely be back soon;)

LOVED IT! SO GOOD! Haven’t had good pho like this in a while since I’ve moved from Toronto to Barrie! I also ordered the cold roll & nothing compares to their delicious peanut sauce! Satisfied my craving!
