Came in extremely last minute with a flat tire. They were very understanding and squeezed me in even though it was the end of the day. So thankful for the crew’s service and kindness!

After shopping around at a few tire shops & online for replacement tires for our full size SUV, Bobby at the Clark Dr. Kal Tire was outstanding in researching options available and actually in stock for the size we needed.The tires arrived at his store sooner than expected and Installation day went a smoothly as possible with our vehicle being ready on time. Glad to finally have new tires with an alignment of course and now we have the Kal Tire guarantee wherever we travel across Canada should we have a flat etc.*275/50/20 towing a 6,000lb travel trailer,Yokohama Advan S.T. Load Index 113 / 2535lbs Max. load per tire.

I noticed a flat tire on the front passenger side of my friend’s vehicle while on the road on Tuesday afternoon, and I called the Kaltire location on Main Street to inquire about inspection and repairs. Although they were unable to fit me in to their schedule for the day, they provided me with the price range to expect, and directed me to the location on Clark. Sure enough, the Kaltire on Clark was able to help me. Bobby greeted me when I walked in, listened to my concerns, and offered coffee while I waited. Upon inspection, it was noted that the treads were worn too thin for the repair. Instead of sending me on my way with my flat tire, Bobby printed off different options for new tires and patiently explained the differences between the wheels, and helped me put on my spare tire to send me off safely on the road. Although I could not choose to upgrade my tires with Bobby as I am not the primary owner of the vehicle, I will definitely be back for any future needs for my own vehicle. 5/5 for Bobby’s service!

I had brought in a vehicle for a routine oil change, the Clark location was able to fit me in at short notice which was great. Near the end of my appointment the Manager at the time informed me that something is wrong with my oil pan. I was brought the to back and he explained that the pan had been leaking and may have to replace the whole pan. The manager asked if I had hit a rock while driving which I replied, “probably” (you can’t always control what you drive ove). He then explained that this will be a expensive fix implying that i will have to cover the bill. I asked the tech who was also there how much oil came out of the pan when he drained it, he replied the “normal amount”. I was thrown back as it was obvious there was no constant “leak”. I take a look at where the “leak” was to find a chunk missing where the drain plug would be. This was not due to a “rock” as it was conveniently located right at the plug. I went back to the waiting area upset because a routine oil change had now become a $1000 fix. I went back to speak to the tech apart from the manager and he was open and honest and mentioned it was over tightened. Overall, this was upsetting since the manger tried blaming a rock for damage to the pan and did not take the necessary steps to understand what happened. Had I not spoken to the tech this fix would have be on me. After back and forth my vehicle was brought to another location in Burnaby where the team there was very professional and fixed the issue and understood my case.I was out a vehicle for 5 days and this was our only vehicle, no compensation nor a rental was provided given this was their mistake, not even a follow up. Mistakes happen but initially the manager tried to sweep it under the rug from the beginning which is terrible.

Called for a tire balance on a rental vehicle, staff started scheduling an appointment and then asked 'is all you're needing is a tire balance?'. After confirming, I was told I needed to go to another location. This location seems to want to maximize profit on each car so beware!

Was filling up my tire everyday because of a pretty quick leak. Took it here and they had it for an hour and told me they couldn't find any leak and that the pressure was fine.Took it to a different tire shop down the street and they had it fixed in 15 minutes. This actually happened.

Bobby and Jack at this Kal Tire location were awesome in assisting me. I bought 4 like new" Pirelli PZERO PZ4's off Facebook Marketplace. They were great/quick when mounting and balancing them

Called in first to see if we could get an appointment to fix (and ultimately replace) our leaking tire and was helped by Bobby who got us in asap. Hands down incredibly helpful and provided outstanding customer service. He was very thorough, offered advice and did not try to up sale by adding other services. Our vehicle felt like it was in good hands speaking with him and the tire replacement was ordered, installed, rotated and balanced, all on sorry notice, within a business day. Would recommend coming here.

Was fortunate to get there early. Easy going professional staff. Free coffee wifi and tv and a clean washroom were bonus. Thanks Kal.Update: had another screw in the tire. Knew exactly where to go and who to call.

Awful customer service and support from the front desk. I had to drive to another province the day of my appointment for a family emergency. I explained the situation to the front desk and asked if my breaks needed to be done, if the did then I’d take another vehicle as it would take too long to get parts. It took me asking three times for updates and kept getting told they don’t know yet. Even after I watched them roll my truck out with the new tires and go to the alignment bay. Then driving the truck out of the city I got a warning that my tire pressure sensors needed service but I couldn’t turn around to drive back to the store. When I called them I explained the situation again, that I was 16 hours away with a family member in the hospital the person on the line was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Complete unprofessionalism. Will never go back to this location or recommend.
