Reliable charging destination. However just connected to the 350 plug and it was only outputting 53kw at -5 degrees C. Needed quite a while to charge up from 50% battery.

Chargers do not work properly. Do not use 350kw stall as it provides less charge than 150kw stall. Called customer service, they did not help. Will not use again. Deleting account. Volkswagen group at its finest - scam!
