Unfortunately it was a bit of a miss. Carpet install on our staircase was ok, but they were quite rough with the installation. We had recently gotten our railing painted (which they were aware of), and chipped it in several spots. We recently had some flooring completed by another company, and unfortunately, Carpet One left more of a mess.

Absolutely incredible service and honest reliable staff.Jennifer Naujok and her team of estimators and installers did an incredible job on our bedroom and office floors.This is the second time we've used their services, the first being a flood restoration floor in our basement. Quick fast and reliable ,they met our budget and selection needs.I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again when it comes time for our bathroom and kitchen floors to be replaced.Thank you again Jennifer!!Jeff & Kathy

I highly recommend Irvine Carpet One Floor & Home for your renovation needs. Jamieson helped us decide which product was best for our reno. We chose Luxury Vinyl and the installers were beyond what I was hoping for. Amazing workmanship and detail.We also used Irvine for our backsplash. Again superb workmanship with amazing results. Never had to worry if the job was going to get done properly! Thank you so much Jamieson! Most definely will use irvine again!!

We used Irvine Carpet One Floor to change the flooring of our main level, customer service is very good. They are quick to respond to your questions. The person who came and installed the floor is very very skilled and takes pride in his work. The job was done flawlessly and quickly. He fixed the subfloor and put in the new floor as if it was for his own house. Highly recommended, will definitely hire them again to do other floors!Edit February 28, 2023: the floor is still looking amazing! We hired them again to change the bathroom floor. Once again, the result is perfect!!!

Had an amazing experience. The staff is friendly and super helpful. Prices vary, but they have a very large selection of anything flooring. That also includes some woodworking finishes and tools, which can be a bonus if you need some for those projects. I came in for a very small patch. The associate who helped me assisted in finding the best match and best price possible. Definitely recommend the store ro anyone looking for flooring
