So I came in as a walk in and she was so so kind and accommodating. I was sat immediately. The salon itself is so pretty! High end massage chairs and complimentary drinks.I did a gel pedicure and the service was incredible!I believe she is one of the owners maybe? I didnt quite catch her name but she is so modest and nice. I tried To tip her $20 and she wouldn’t let me!!! You deserved the $20 for the remarkable service. I love my pedi and will 10000% be returning for all my mail services. Highly recommend making an appt!

My mani and pedi was amazing!!! Spa-like treatment. My gel nails look amazing and the lady even asked if I wanted a little flower painted on my ring finger nails. She took her time and I got the wax, massage, hot towels, the who chibang. When it came time to tipping, I wanted to tip almost 40%, but the lady said: “no, that’s too much”!!!!! and gave me money back. She didn’t let me tip more than 15%, even though I thought it was worth every penny incl a generous tip. I have very short nails, but I can only imagine the artwork on longer nails. Highly recommended. A +++

Extremely poor service. I had booked an appointment for Pedicure and Manicure. There were only two people who were attending customers and the wait time was 30mins inspite of booking an appointment. The guy who did pedicure did not do a proper job and the sheraloac polish came out and he didn't reapply properly. I didn't do manicure considering the bad experience with pedicure. Neither did they check up as to why I didn't do manicure that's the kind of service they have.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible and very disappointingI even regret paying for this and had to look for another Nail Salon to have this fixed on the same day ( June 18,2023)

The worst nail experience I’ve ever had. Showed up at 3pm with a photo of my design asking if she can do it, she said yes and tested on my pinky. It looked good so I agreed to do it.Everything was going well up until the last bit with the chrome tips. It was so messy, wonky lines, attempted to clean it up and tried to manipulate me to say it looks better. I took the brush from her in an attempt to clean it myself, turns out it wasn’t working, wasn’t cleaning anything.It’s 5:30pm at this point. I’m tired, hungry, and I had somewhere to be. She offered to remove it. I reiterated that I had no time and asked to come tomorrow - she rejected.I couldn’t leave with messy nails so she took off design and painted a solid colour. Even with that, she missed bits of the previous design on edges of my nails after pointing it out so many times.There was so many things wrong, even the top coat was so thick it looks terrible.Left the salon at 6:30pm. Waste of time and money.You would think she’d give me a discount, nope. She charged me full price.I’ve come to this salon a few times before. Never coming back.

Great service! Honestly very happy every time I visit. My nails always feel healthier and the ladies are kind and detailed! Loving my collection of various nail designs these days and I've been getting a lot of compliments! My friend even asked me to take the photo with the soap since she liked the orange nails so much... always excited to show off my nails wherever I go thanks to this place

I’ve been going to Jenny for years and I’m never disappointed with her service. She is friendly, efficient and always does an amazing job. I would recommend her to anyone looking to get their nails done!

I don’t mean to sound harsh but this was a pretty bad experience. I was in the salon for around 2.5 hours and the lady who did my nails was the older one. She was very sweet but it took her a very long time and she did a very sloppy job. I asked her for a design and she said she couldn’t do it so I just asked for french tips. The prep wasn’t done well and the base colour looks grey and transparent. They ended upcharging me $77 for a full set acrylic. Would never go to again. Really disappointed because the reviews were so good and everyone else looked like they were happy with their nails. I guess it was just the lady I got.Also update, the nails lasted 10 days and then started to pop off. Once it started growing out you could tell just how bad the acrylic was laid and drilled down.

All I asked was an acrylic refill on my own nails and no colour. It cost $35.00.The girl applied it quickly and meagrely,(not done properly) so my nails may be chipping soon. Then she proceeded to file the integrity out of my natural nails. Very annoying. After she was done I asked if she could put some clear top coat on (NO colour) as the nails look really dull and dry. I asked her if it would be an extra cost. She stated that she didn’t understand what I was saying, and the manger then chimed in “no we don’t do anything else just the refill.” I said ok, paid $35 and left. Obviously will not be returning. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.Visited today (December 20,2022)
