Langley Home Hardware

After looking on line for a barbecue that met my needs I had decided on a Napoleon Grill. The Langley home hardware is a premium sales center for this brand and had good reviews so I decided to check them out. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and immediately asked if we could be helped. I was assisted by the owner who asked what I was looking for. He had unfortunately just sold his floor model but showed me a couple of other models that had the same features. And he had my model in stock in a box. I bought it on the spot. The price was lower than what I had found on line and in a competing store, and I was also given a number of bonus items from Napoleon as well.I assembled the BBQ the next day only to discover Napoleon uses a 1/2 inch line and my house uses a 3/8th. The following week I called back they knew exactly what I needed in the way of an adapter and put one aside at no cost. When I picked it up the owner was present and apologized that he had forgotten to provide one when I bought it. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. They remembered who I was when I called and when I returned. They have an amazing selection of BBQs as well as great pricing. I highly recommend checking them out if you are in need of a new bbq.

Great little hardware store. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice to support small local business rather than huge corporate home depot type places when you can.

This is a small hardware store. It has most of the essential tools and parts you need for your home repairs or renos. But, do not expect selections and deals like those big box stores. This is not it. Hence the 3-star. Being small is one of its advantages. You are in and out quickly. No time is wasted. Quick and easy online ordering makes it very convenient. The owner/staff know their business really well. It offers a good selection of BBQ stoves and accessories. Street parking at front door. Walking distance to bus stops.

Always excellent customer service. Many nifty little items and delightful product throughout the store. Well managed. Parking sucks, park across the street at the extra foods parking lot and get some steps in, safe on gas and help the environment at the same time.

I came in to get new burners from my BBQInstead of selling me a new set of burners they told me to contact the manufacture since they have a 10 year warranty. I ended up contacting them and the parts are in the mail.Thank you!!

Best place in the whole lower mainland for smoker pellets and accessories. If they don't have it they can get it!
