Having been a good boy at the dentist, and today being the first day of fall, i treated myself to a treat from the Dairy Queen. A medium Blizzard of the month. A Pumpkin pie Blizzard. It was good. The ice cream was smooth and pumpkiny. There were frozen bits of what I'd assume are pie shell. And a little whip on top with a dusting of nutmeg. I enjoyed the flavour sensation. Think next time I'd try the Pecan Pie blizzard. This DQ seems to always have a busy drive through. Glad i could order inside. The DQ team member that served me was very unenthusiastic. I'm sure he wanted to be somewhere else. From previous visits, the whole family loves the fries at this DQ.

I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip meal and they only gave me 3 with no sauce and stole me change I was supposed to get back I didn’t get what I ordered at all…

Good overall experience. The lobby somewhat needs a renovation. But on the other hand it's one of the only dairy queens that has this nostalgia within the lobby. The glass sunroom sort of feeling.

I got one of the worst food poisoning after eating from there. I ordered chicken strips with onion rings. The oil used is definitely old, and I was able to taste it. I had just 2 bites and threw it away.I have been to many DQ's and have never had a bad experience, except for going to this DQ.

Very nice looking location but a bit off the mainstream. I thought my burger was of the same tasting quality as all the other DQs so alls well in that regard. I thought the staff weren't overly friendly although the service was relatively fast and they all looked like they were all still junior high. The place looked very clean.

This is the worst Dairy Queen location I have ever experienced.My family and I love ice cream and Dairy Queen is our favorite. We were recently on the island for a vacation and we stopped for Dairy Queen ice cream daily, sometimes twice a day. We spent 4 days in Sydney and went to this Dairy Queen probably 6 times. The ice cream cones were consistently really, really small, with significantly less ice cream than what we normally receive and they were very poorly made. It was as if the staff had never been properly trained in how to dispense the ice cream. When I told the staff that our $7 ice cream cones had significantly less ice cream than usual, they argued with me. I asked for a manager, and the manager who came out was the individual that made our ice cream cones - It was the manager who was not able to dispense the ice cream properly. He did not seam to care at all, but offered to remake them. When he did, my large was smaller than my first cone. All of our large cones were very small, but my youngest daughter's small cone was bigger than any of the larges. We don't usually have issues at most of the Dairy Queens we visit, but this one was truly exceptional. I would have given it no stars if it was possible.

Worst of all I've been too. Won't even take phone calls. Just making excuses. Avoid at all cost. Don't go. 3x my son has asked specifically today. Useless for 10plus years.

just real good strawberry milkshakes honestly I'd recommend the chicken fingers but in my experience it's better to ask for them to be made fresh haven't tried their burgers.
