Falls Escape

Sub- par customer service, the host was not helpful nor friendly towards my group. Rooms were not clean.

First of all, the way the owner responds to the bad review is alarming in and of itself. I don't think it's polite to tell a dissatisfied customer that escape room isn't for everyone". Like seriously? What kind of customer service is that?Secondly

The game we played was very well thought out and very intuitive for the three of us that did it. The attendant was also very good, and paid attention to our progress very carefully and was quick to offer a directed suggestion that didn't necessarily count towards our clue count.

Poor experience at this escape room. (Have been to many) First of all… the employees had girls giggling at the front desk. There was a welcome video.. we couldn’t hear the video as the girls were standing in front of the screen the entire time.Employees were not very engaging.(Other escape rooms prepare you for the experience and very professional)Directions were given briefly in regards to locks.When we tried to input the codes, locks were not easily open. (Employee had to yank on the lock multiple times and very hard) almost like one of those carnival games where the props are glued down.One of the props were placed in the wrong area.(we spent 20 minutes on a lock that had nothing in it when it was opened).The flow of the escape room was all over the map. No Rhyme or reason just an abundance of clues and locks everywhere. (Again, I have been to many rooms where this was not an issue)The concept of the room was good which I will give credit for.Getting clues(which removes 3 minutes from your time) (again first time I have heard this in an escape room) were very vague and unhelpful and staff were not easy to track down to get assistance. But rules are rules and the 3 minute thing wouldn’t have been a big deal if they were actually helpful.Beware of reviews on this place as most of them are describing escape rooms that are not an option at this location!

My wife and I have done many escape rooms. We did the secret library and were thoroughly unimpressed. The room design was sub par at best. Dimly lit, could not properly see locks we were supposed to solve. The room also just looked sloppy. Previously damaged props with zero maintenance. The host was friendly enough when asking for help. The puzzle solutions were also absurdly simple. The challenge of this room didn't come from the puzzles but from the poor lighting and layout.EDIT: Replying to the owner. Why on earth would a place designed for reading books, like a library, be dimly lit? It was nothing more than a poor way to artificially increase the difficulty of the room. And if you really think all the props in your room are fine, you need to double check. There are torn books, half unscrewed props on the shelves, unmounted coverings on electrical outlets and globs of dried glue where props have been torn down. It was absolutely not a room worth 70 dollars

This escape room (Laboratory 13) was insanely fun! It was interactive and entertaining. Great props, set-ups, and decorations! There was a computer screen in the room, and on it, hints would pop up after a sound prompt. (I promise, NO SPOILERS). It made it fun to experience the room with friends/family knowing nobody would miss a hint. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment! My family and I went to another escape room days before trying this business, and it didn't compare in the slightest. I can't wait to go back to Falls Escape again when they have a new room. To top it off, their staff was so friendly. Kudos to this place for being so awesome.

Our group of 4 did the Secret Library. We didn't finish and used all our clues, however it was fantastically entertaining. We had a blast doing it and we are coming back to try another one. This time with a couple more people. I strongly recommend Falls Escape to escape ordinary life. Lol

Good time!! Reception staff had great hype energy and the spook factor whilst in the game was ace. Shout out to the guy with jump scares!! Looking forward to checking out the other rooms.

We went and did the city morgue escape room. The ladies that introduced us to the room were extremely friendly and hilarious. The room had lots of surprises and we managed to escape with 17 minutes left. We would come again.

The worst customer service !! We were charged 200 for damages !! On props that were already damaged. The owners said he needs to fix it. 400$ for a fam of 5 to waste an hour.!! DONT WASTE UR MONEY THEY ALRRADY HAVE MINE.!!!
