I was wondering if anyone else had experienced poor customer service from this store. After reading the many other reviews about terrible customer service, I'm so baffled that this is still a problem haha.I walked in there yesterday with the full intent of buying a pair of boots. I knew exactly what I was going in for. The younger blonde girl working there made eye contact with me TWICE as I was holding a display boot (about to ask for a size). She literally looked away, walked a few steps to the front counter, and turned to look out at the whole store. (Which was NOT busy at all at this point.)I had to go up to her and get her attention to ask for a size, in which she looked at the size of the display boot, said Oh this is a 7." Then proceeded to take the paper out of the boot and handed it back. She had NO intent to even find the boot for the other foot so I could try on both.... At this point I was so disgusted by her attitude that I couldn't even be bothered to ask her to go find the other boot

No modern styles for 2020!! All merchandise is 1.5 years behind in fashion. Rather go over the border to Washington to find some updated styles. Best to order online...Canadian stores are very behind. 2 stars for knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Like the shoes and usually the go to for me when I need new dress shoes, but the service is subpar. Rarely get greeted right away, and their return policy, or lack thereof, on Black Friday weekend is terrible. Just because many other retailers do the same doesn't make it right. I went in when they had shortly just opened and there was only one other person in there. Still refused to process the return. It's essentially saying we value only new customers this week and don't care about you our previous purchasing customers. Terrible policy.

Horrible customer service. I went to store at 1:45 pm. Half shutter was down, i was standing there for 15mins and then she came out and said we are closing soon at 2:30"; no sign of close at door. She was on her phone whole time. I quickly selected my shoes and then i want to pay cash then she said i don't have any change

Simran was extremely helpful, had to make a couple of trips to return my boots tho, but finally found a pair that i love.happy customer.

Great shoe selection and prices but not so good staff from what I've experienced.I came in with my boyfriend to find dress shoes and casual shoes and the girls who were working were too busy gossiping than willing to even acknowledge us or help us out. We ended up leaving and buying shoes elsewhere...

Horrible customer service. My mother bought a shoe from this store two days ago and after the first try for less than half an hour or so, she noticed that the shoe is bothering her toes. When she came to the store to return the item they told us that it is against the policy and that we have to talk to customer service. We told them that we paid by cash and that customer service can not process the refund, still, they didn't accept it. Total fraud, they will sell you garbage items and not return them. Save your money and never buy an item from ALDO

The staff here are nice. They do not hover over you but give you space to try on shoes. They are helpful in ensuring you get what you want. Good customer service.

Went in to look for men's dress shoes, scoped them out myself and was in the store for 10minutes only to not get any customer service. They'd rather be behind the desk staring at each other's phones and talk about instagram.
