Super happy overall with my experience with Alamo at YYZ, but make sure you enter Terminal 1 car rental returns so you aren't driving around in circles trying to get into a lot that is not permanently closed in Terminal 3

Absolutely brilliant, after a rely bad experience with an off airport operator that we ended up cancelling because they were so bad (scammers would be polite term (Economy!!) but just dont go there) we ended up trying to book at 10pm on Saturday night to leave early the next morning. Not only were we able to book a great deal online but when we got back to the airport counter the service was.. as I say..BRILLIANT! starting with the young lady behind the counter (sorry cannot remember name but Sat 14th at 10pm was lovely and extremely helpful to the young guys who were providing the vehicles in the garage, they looked around and even gave us a bit of a choice so we ended up with a great car.. a I can say is stick with the ones in the airport and you cannot go wrong with these guys, absolutely fantastic.. thanks so much team..

I rented a car and the car was good. Pick up process was easy . Those who are not aware airport’s car rental has premium service taxes . It was 17% for me and the some premium location charge extra. I have given 3 stars because when I asked about billing details they were not very happy to explain it.

Not cheap but then nothing was at high season. Service was quick and easy, no hidden costs, both the desk clerk and Anu outside insisted on upgrading our car to a Chevy Malibu when they saw our two car seats for toddlers. The car was clean and presented no problems. Return took 30 seconds. Overall pleasant experience.

Excellent service: pick up and drop off at the airport was quick and easy and car was clean and in good condition as expected

The service agent was wonderful. Very informative and helpful. She was also funny she had us laughing after a long early flight from NY.

I rented a car from this place and it was a very bad experience, I booked a rental 4 months ahead of my vacation to Toronto and I didn’t get the vehicle I thought I was getting, they had an alternative vehicle which was outdated and looked old and rusty which I spoke to a white lady about it and she didn’t even try to get me in a more updated vehicle and she basically told me “that’s all they have either I take it or I get no rental”. There was a black male whom I think he was the freight manager who was very outstanding and very nice and was able to defuse the situation of getting me in a more updated vehicle than the one the other lady tried to give me. My rating is based on the experience in the beginning but if the black man who happens to be a freight manager came before I spoke to all the others, i would have given a 5 star for his great work and professionalism. I wish I was able to get his name. Thank you whoever you were I really appreciate you in calming me down and satisfying my needs
