Artistry In Glass

I was initially disappointed with my dealings with Artistry In Glass. I left a review reflecting that.I still feel that a company that ships incomplete orders without notifying the customer is not the best method of doing things. After being told that the information was available on their site, I did dig and find it clearly stated that orders will ship incomplete.When I contacted them, I was not very pleased and they responded, as well as refunded me very quickly.The mistake was mine. They still refunded my order. I appreciate that. That is good business. That is a retailer I would recommend to others.Just read the terms and conditions to ensure you don't have any surprises. Which, really, is good when shopping online anywhere, isn't it?

Instore selection is ok, but online selection is great. Everything for fused glass, lampwork, stained glass. Good prices. Not the fastest delivery, so don't order last minute. And if they are just out-of-stock the item does not display in their online store, so just email them to see if they will be getting it in soon or if they carry it at all.

So lucky to have this amazing place within an hour's drive! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff helped me out a lot. I'll definitely continue getting my supplies from them, plus knowing its local is just that much better!

The store is bright and appears to be well stocked; however, the service was demeaning and sarcastic. I'm a senior and I don't recall a time when a store clerk has talked to me as though I were unable to comprehend basic English. Overall she was rude and thoughtless.

My son wanted to get into Glass Blowing and contacted a number of places for information.  He finally settled on Artestry in Glass" in London Ontario. This store has a wide variety of glass working supplies including but not limited to colored glass sheets

I can tell you that the online experience is way better than the in store experience. They were really rude and continued to be until we left the store. We will not waste the 2 hours it takes to get there again, online shopping is fine if you are dealing with business owners who are not customer service driven.

I purchased my first starter kit here several years ago and I have been so pleased with it. I have since expanded my tool collection through online ordering and I couldn't be happier with the fast, efficient shipping. Will definitely continue to order online. Thank you!

Just received my first order of glass, and I'm so delighted that nothing broke in transit! I was a little hesitant to order online, but ultimately, even with the risk of something breaking - I'm literally paying half of what my local stained glass supply store charges! (even with shipping fees)This is my third order from Artistry in Glass, and will definitely not be my last! Thanks so much!
