Tried twice to rent a post pounder. First time they took all our info including card number and never reserved it, second time they neglected to tell us till we got there that the one they reserved for us was returned damaged and unavailable. Will not be using them for anything again.

Equipment I rented for 6 weeks cost more than agreed. Strung me along from front desk to the salesperson to accounting and back to salesperson only to finally tell me it doesn't matter what he told me it would cost, it only mattered what the fine print said. Won't be doing business here again.
