First off I will say it's always easy to post a great review when everything goes off without a hitch which is the preferred option for everyone but is not always the case, and wasn't with mine.My review of Canadian Equipment Outfitters and staff is when there was an issue, and how it was dealt with. I'm not going to go into the details of the exact issue as it's not important but it was surrounding a larger purchase that some (most) would get there backs up on but a solution was brought to me even more fair than I was expecting which shows their true colours and shows what type of a company they are!My experience with Matt @ Canadian Equipment Outfitters was fantastic from start to finish. He was super professional, great to work with, pleasant, and efficient.I had an issue with a product that I purchased for the purposes of how I needed to use it and he / they stood by, made accommodations and worked with me for a satisfactory solution for everyone. He went over and above for me on this and I appreciate it greatly.Would strongly recommend Matt & Canadian Equipment Outfitters to anyone looking for products as their pricing is great and the service / support is top notch.Thanks again Matt!

MAKE SURE TO PRICE CHECK before you pay as they WILL try to take advantage of you if you don't.P.S this is a real review from someone who could of been a real customer.Stopped in asked for a part was told double the price. Ended up walking out once I left this review you quickly contacted me and yes you did resolve the problem but if it wasn't for my review you may have never realized your mistake. So who's to say that you haven't done this before? My review is nothing wrong but to advise your customers to double check your prices.

I just bought a new lawn tractor with a bagger attachment at a great price. The whole process starting from obtaining a quote through pickup/delivery was great and everything was well organized despite the new Covid rules/regulations. Staff was very friendly and helpful and were able to locate everything I was looking for. Will definitely consider them again whenever I need anything extra. Thanks to Paul and the CEO team!

Ordered a Stihl MS 170 through this crew. It came so timely and they responded so quickly to all my emails. Paul was extremely helpful throughout the process and I really wasn’t spending much money in the grand scheme. To receive such great customer service says something good about this company!

Great place amazing selection. Very good staff. They seem to have everything you need to maintain a property. From riding mowers to chain saws. High quality equipment. Great parking and easy location. The mgmt were very professional and have a deep knowledge of what they have. Expensive but you get what you pay for. Top quality.

Great staff, very helpful and knowledgeable about the many products they carry. If you are looking for something specialized, I would recommend ordering from them. They have great supplier relations and are comparable with other companies when shopping around on pricing. Their equipment has helped us on many projects.

Not Stilh friendly. Sold me a ms170 at wrong price, no PDI done and extended warranty by buying stilh oil not offered. Made a trip back to get the sale price. While there I could not get a fuel filter or air filter for my other stilh saw. No tuneup kits at all.The most disappointing aspect was the 170 was not registered for warranty. Wrong serial number on purchase invoice. I went to a another stilh dealership and they fixed me up properly.Reply to owner Paul, invoice 95354 dated 11/3/22. Issues were resolved by another Stilh dealership. The matter is considered closed from my perspective. All the best.

After discovering CEO a few years ago I knew I made the right choice. I was in the market for battery operated equipment and was instantly hooked due to the great staff, who were very helpful and knowledgeable about the many products they carry. They helped me with all my needs and when I heard they would be carrying Kress Tools today, did not hesitate to expand my arsenal of tools. Kress tools are game changing and will make your work much easier and more efficient. I am blown away with the mower and blower. So much nicer without the fumes and pull starting. The cut quality was great and I was able to get a whole property done on one battery which I wasn’t expecting. A blower with 850CFM that's insane. Overall very impressive and easy to use. I'm really happy. The commercial version would be even greater but I'm content with the prosumer, cutting through grass that usually a gas mower would struggle with. Kress tools are quiet, easy to use and are priced really good. I can't wait till their commercial batteries come out as this will reduce downtime and owning so many batteries. I can't recommend Kress enough; they are going to pave the way for commercial use of battery technology without a doubt. Thanks once again to the CEO team for the great products and helpfulness.
