St. Clair Dance Collective

What an amazing program! St. Clair Dance Collective has been so welcoming and adaptive during Covid allowing both my girls (3 and 5) to dance outside during all seasons. We also celebrated their birthdays by hosting an outdoor party that was a huge success!

I have only good things to say about this dance studio! My daughters have been taking classes with Ms. Christine for years and love it. We have participated in the in-studio classes as well as the outdoor classes in Fall and Winter. I’m in awe of Ms. Christine’s ability to keep the kids engaged and having fun - even outside on cold winter days. SCDC hosted my daughter’s 7th birthday and it was a huge success. Christine is very accommodating and organized. The classes themselves are fun and give the kids the much needed opportunity to get some energy out! Thankful to have this gem in the St. Clair West neighbourhood. Highly recommend this studio.

Our daughter really loves the SCDC dance classes. We started with their outdoor fall classes, did a birthday party with them and now doing outdoor winter classes. Our teacher is fantastic and the kids love the class. They're so accommodating and flexible to the challenges that COVID has brought. Highly recommend if you're looking for birthday party! Both safe and engaging!

It is such a pleasure to share my praises for SCDC and its founder/director Ms. Christine! Both my son and daughter love the fun, welcoming, encouraging nature of the hiphop program. Ms. Christine and her support team of great teachers provide fantastic instruction that engages all skill levels and makes all of the kids feel like skilled and celebrated dancers. Ms. Christine has been incredibly impressive in her efforts to continually meet the challenges of the ever-changing concerns with COVID and she has been thoughtful, professional and thorough in her practices and procedures to keep her students safe while in studio. She has also been wonderful about taking her program virtual, with meaningful, engaging and fun instruction that gives kids (who are otherwise stranded at home) opportunities to be active and social while developing their skills. We truly appreciate SCDC and whole-heartedly recommend it.

I can’t say enough good things about this studio. My kid is 3 and loves it! We are taking outdoor hip hop classes since the fall and it has become the highlight of our week. Ms Christine and Ms Rachel are amazing with the kids so engaging and fun! They are serious about COVID protocols as well. They keep the good energy flowing in this gloomy times.

I LOVE the St. Clair Dance Collective! Ms. Christine has an amazing energy that she brings to each class. We have tried a bunch of the classes and both my kids have loved them all.

Miss Christine and the St. Clair Dance Collective is wonderful. Christine went above and beyond to schedule an outdoor private class for my kids during winter break. She persevered through several scheduling challenges. I am SO glad. It was an incredibly positive experience for the kids and for the parents! We can't wait until in studio classes are possible again. I am so appreciative to have the St. Clair Dance Collective in my community.

We are big fans of SCDC! Our kiddo has done their classes in-person, at the park, and virtually and they've all been fantastic. SCDC classes are fun and focused on getting the kiddos moving without the fuss of recital fees, costumes, and all the rest (which we've experienced at other dance studios). The staff are friendly and have been so flexible in their offerings during the pandemic. We love SCDC. <3

Miss Christine made our daughter's virtual 7th birthday party incredible! Her energy, enthusiasm and kind approach to getting all of the children to participate made for a very special celebration, despite the computer screen. Many parents commented that they thought the experience was awesome end-to-end. Thanks again Miss Christine and the St. Clair Dance Collective!

My daughter loves all programs from St. Clair Dance Collective, especially the dance camps! She had lots of fun and didn't want it to be over. The teachers there are fantastic! They know what to do to keep the kids engaged and happy. Christine is an amazing and caring person, with an easy going attitude, open to ideas and suggestions. She really loves what she does and is always looking for improvements, for creative solutions especially at the pandemic. We are always coming back!
