Country Hills Toyota

Brought my 2020 Rav4 in to get maintenance servicing done which was covered under a plan when I purchased the vehicle. Every visit prior to this has been great, however this time a mistake was made, and their customer service was terrible.Vehicle was brought in April for servicing. Took the vehicle back and drove it around for 2000 KMs. Wasn't until a long drive that I noticed smoke coming out from the engine bay. Opened the hood and found that the oil cap was left uncapped. Oil sprayed everywhere, picture shows what I saw when I opened my hood.I called and reached out to the service manager Schaan Silbernagel and he stated that they did not do an oil change. I believe him that they did not do an oil change, but somebody from their service department messed up. The oil cap doesn't suddenly uncap itself, I noticed a faint vibration after the service, which was the oil cap rattling around. Schaan was unapologetic about the situation, didn't say sorry once, he just wanted to book the car in for cleaning, and be done with me. His level of customer service is terrible, and I found him to be extremely short. Obviously I was frustrated with the situation, but I did not cross a line in terms of being rude. I even told him, this situation isn't his fault, but someone on his team missed capping the oil cap.His unapologetic attitude and terrible customer service is why I'm leaving this review. A simple sorry, let's make this right would have been all that's needed, but he felt the need to be super defensive and short about the situation.For reference the car is protected under a maintenance package that was purchased with the car. There is no reason for me to pop the hood and do anything myself until the car is much older.

Went in looking to lease a RAV4 in December and was told the wait times were about 3 months. I was pressured into putting down a $1000 deposit, which I was assured was 100% refundable if I cancelled. By March I decided to go for used vehicle elsewhere; tried contacting Eric the sales rep but he wouldn't respond, probably since he had no news of the expected cars. By April he calls me saying some cars have arrived, am I still interested? I explain the situation and he says to contact his finance manager for my refund. It takes a while to get hold of him, but he says to contact his sales manager for the refund. This sales mgr never returns my calls and they always say he's out of office. Since April I have been trying to get my refund, Eric does not take my calls/respond to texts since I cancelled the sale, I cannot get a hold of anyone who will attend to me. It's a real shame how one is treated once a sale is no longer happening. I would simply like my refund back, Country Hills Toyota.

Bought my 1st Toyota at Country Hills Toyota and the staff is fantastic. Our sales representative Jesse Hislop was excellent and gave a fantastic customer relations. Sara with finance was very jovial and enthusiastic about the customer. The delivery specialists were also excellent. Thanks guys.....I'm enjoying my new ride.

My last service at Country Hills Toyota left me feeling beyond satisfied. I would give them a 12 out of 10 if I could. Our service representative, Davis Laboucan, went above and beyond to answer any questions and deal with every concern. I purchased the glass and paint coverage on my 2022 4Runner and was feeling unsure how to put in my claim for the needed repairs. Davis stepped up, walked us through and followed up with me religiously to ensure that my claim was accepted, the appointment booked to repair my vehicle, and that a rental car would be waiting for me when I arrive for my appointment. I have been servicing my vehicles here for the past 2 years and have never been less than a 10 out of 10 satisfied. The parts counter staff are quick, efficient and friendly. Its just a great place to purchase a vehicle. I highly recommend that people purchase and service at Country Hills Toyota. I do and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

I am leaving a review for Parag, my salesperson and his colleague Rajpal for their excellent service. I was out of province for work and needed to order a new vehicle for my return on short notice. Parag was not only polite and helpful, he also expedited the process far faster than expected. Reducing an 8 month wait time to 10 days! He got me a ton of features in my truck that I had not expected and was very friendly, and he did most of this from home when he was not obligated to do so. Rajpal made the finance process very easy and when I had issues with my deposit, he honoured my hold on the vehicle over the weekend anyway! Immensely pleased with their hard work while I was away and I will be continuing my service with the great people at Country Hills in the future.

I bought a 2022 1794 Tundra on June 1st. Jesse was a really great sales advisor and went the extra mile for us. I would highly recommend you ask for Jesse.

I want to say that country hills Toyota is the best in Calgary as far as I’m concerned! Excellent customer service , friendly and courteous, also very fair in their pricing. I will only use Country Hills Toyota for any of my Toyota problems in the future. And I would recommend everyone else to do so as well if you want the best in town. They certainly earned my loyalty. The service staff was very attentive and provided progress updates when ask. Though I had to wait for 3hrs to get my wheel alignment done because they were super busy.It would have been better experience if the work was completed closer to the appointment time.Wheel alignment was done perfectly and I was happy with the work done.
