I was referred by another business that didn't deal with squirrels. This was my second time contacting with H P M wildlife control, last summer and this spring. When I called the customer service was friendly. It's the follow up service that I found unprofessional. I was told by Hans that they would come out one day and I never heard back. When I followed up I was told the following day. Again, I followed up for a quote and professional advice. Was told by a certain time I would receive that quote. I am still waiting two weeks later.....I feel with customer service it reflects poorly on the company when the client is following up.

Hans was friendly, supportive, and offered good advice. Where other companies offered canned services (poison bait) without visiting and couldn’t book an immediate consultation, Hans made time the day I called. He impressed me as an expert in this field.

Hans from HPM Wildlife control gave us terrible information and didn't adhere to the contract. The contract specified that he would fix any damage caused by the raccons. After they caged the raccoons in to our attic, the critters tore a 5 foot section of our soffit apart. That was back in April 2017, we are still waiting for Hans to come and fix this. Also, we were repeatedly assured, that there would be no babies in our attic, as we had observed two adult raccoons coming and going through their so called one way " gate system. In the end we had to get rid of the adults and cut a hole in our porch to get the babies out

A completely unprofessional and irresponsable service. Hired him to get a raccoon and kits out. Its been almost four weeks and we have to call him every single time to get the job done. No initiative whatsoever. Utterly disappointed with such behaviour towards ones service.

Took money ($500 cad) in advance and no show up for work after that. Not even picking the call. Kindly avoid call this guy.He will give false assurances for sign up and later add money for each things giving false information.

I had HPM animal proof my house after a racoon got into the attic. They were very professional, and had great knowledge about all aspects. Even his employee was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this service to anyone who has unwanted roomates""

We had Hans out for an initial rodent inspection. Due to the time of year etc, there wasn't a lot he could do until the spring. He did mention some preventive items that we might be of interest to prevent other rodents. I followed up in the spring and unfortunately he was very difficult to get ahold of to come back and do the work he was initially hired to do. Now we have hired another company and the previous work needs to be redone. Very disappointing and definitely would not recommend.
