As a renter, our property manager from Century 21, Katie Markham, was so wonderful to interact with! She made everything easy from dealing with repairs to answering questions about subletters and eventually finding new tenants. So lovely and professional! Will miss you Katie!

Even prior to actually moving into our building, (V1488), I found the team at Century 21 to be very helpful and communicative with me. Katie was so lovely, always getting back to me with answers to any questions or concerns I had before, and throughout or first year as tenants.In general, I also found the maintenance staff to be very personable and prompt in their attention to fixing things as needed

I used the century 21 management team to look after my rental property.They purchased and charged me for expensive window screens after I told them there were already window screens in the house. When tenants moved out not only did they leave behind garbage, damaged furniture and walls but they also took the queen sized mattress, boxspring, and bed frame with them. The damage deposit was given back to the tenants and I was not reimbursed for my loss. As a matter of fact I owed the tenants $2500 for a washer dryer unit they purchased that the manager at the time decided was a fair price that I did not consent to.Most recently, a work order was placed to replace a window crank for $95. I was not aware of this as nothing was uploaded on their website for rental owners. Two months later another work order was placed to say that it was not paid and there is now interest and the balance is now $114. Both work orders have now suddenly appeared on my invoice. Not only did they charge me the interest but they charged me for BOTH work orders in full. So they took $95 (the window crank) AND $114 (the same window crank plus interest) from my account.They have been ignoring my emails and don’t seem to want to fix this issue.I do NOT recommend them.

Absolutely wonderful service to our community and our building. Jason Leff has been an absolute gem to work with. Responsive and prompt. We are lucky to have him as our Property Manager.

This is probably the worst rental management company I have ever dealt with.They are SO un organized and you constantly have to deal with different people who don't know what's going on.The maintenance guy Jim is SO rude. There is mold in our master bathroom and I think we're on day 50 with no update. He doesn't reply to e-mails and pretty much hangs up on you when you ask any questions as to why it hasn't got started yet.

Very good management company. They manage the building that I live in. Great communication and service requests are completed in a timely manner. Cheers!

Dealing with Century 21 in comparison with other property management companies - was beyond delightful. They were given a difficult portfolio of a poorly built high rise in Victoria and dealt with issues best they could. Even when something was beyond their control, they were pleasant and professional. I miss them.We dealt with Katie directly, and she was friendly, professional and readily available when we needed her. If she wasn’t around, she was quick to letting us view units at our leisure and time in order to make a decision. Very accommodating.Even after being our property manager she continues to help us find alternative living situations and help with our previous agreements. Nothing like having someone know the fine print and educate you accordingly.If you’re considering renting from Century 21- take my word, DO IT. My partner and I are hoping to do dealings with them again soon.

As a contractor that has worked for many companies, Century 21 has got to be the best. They are organized, efficient and friendly to deal with. Sue goes above and beyond for any health and safety concerns, coordinates difficult timelines and swiftly addresses all cost related questions. I am lucky to have had the pleasure of dealing with the whole staff for many years!
