I cannot say enough GREAT things about Curtis and the entire group at SWS. Owning a boat can be intimidating and expensive, but SWS helps tremendously with making everything that comes up with owning a boat go smoothly. From quick responses to emails to going the extra mile with diagnosing/fixing problems, SWS is leaps and bounds ahead of any other shop in the Calgary area. Not to mention they have a very awesome and hands on showroom that showcases all types of boats they offer. I have been and will continue being a VERY loyal customer to SWS for the future. I suggest if you are looking for a new boat, or have a current one that is broken (as boats do), give them a ring or stop by the showroom. Took my 2012 Wakesetter in for a general service, was very pleased with the service I received and the honesty. I received multiple update phone calls to discuss repairs and items noted. Everything was done in a very professional and quick turnover.Will be making this my go to boat shop!Great work SWS Calgary!!

Sometimes it's the times they don't take your money that builds a great business, and future business opportunities. My home insurance company was requiring a Marine Survey to insure my boat as it is 20 years old, and I reached out to SWS to see if they provided the service. They do not, and the best they could do was a full boat inspection, but advised against doing it in case insurance company wouldn't accept it in lieu of, and I would ultimately end up throwing away 500+ dollars. They did however recommend me to an agent that may be able to insure my boat without an inspection, and low and behold, they in fact did issue me a policy.When the time comes for repairs and service, SWS will be getting my business for being so forthright. They could have just taken my 500 bucks and rode off into the sunset.Thanks SWS for the great recommendation!

This review is for anyone thinking about buying a boat. REGARDLESS where you live.To get to the point, if you have done a bit of homework and have an idea of what you are looking for, this is the place to go for a boat. I am located 3 provinces away from them. Never set foot in their dealership. But from first interaction (Keenan) to shipment time, this dealer is steps ahead of you. If you have ANY concern about getting what you need -regardless- you can be assured these guys are the real deal.I get why they ship all over the world.A Dealership worth every penny for their services.

I can honestly say the service department at SWS is fantastic. Riley has gone out of his way to help on more than a couple of situations where I was calling from the lake with terrible cell service and he persevered to answer all my technical questions and get me back up and running!! Thank you so much Riley and thank you SWS for ensuring you have long term employees that are so knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and truly care about their customers!!

Very happy our family bought a boat form SWS! Serena was amazing to deal with on the sales side and the entire team made great suggestions to build our dream boat. Mechanics have been very helpful, efficient and are trustworthy. MALIBU is by far the best tournament boat made.

I had called the dealership in regards to getting a new cover for our boat. I dealt with Riley and he was extremely easy to work with and was able to get us a great product at a great price! I have been extremely impressed with the parts department and the service that Riley has given me!

I do not know how it would have been possible to get better customer service than I received from SWS Calgary this past summer. The rudder snapped off of my 2019 Malibu right in the middle of summer. I contacted SWS and they had a replacement rudder in stock. They asked me to bring the boat in and mentioned the part was $2,000. We discussed warranty and after a brief inspection of the boat (no other damage to suggest hitting an object) they agreed to repair it under warranty. They got it into the shop and less than an hour later I was on my way back to the lake. They told me that to complete the warranty they would have to clear it with Malibu. The next day I received a call from them indicating that Malibu accepted the warranty claim. We had a great 'rest of the summer'.
