Rooms were dirty. Staff lied about the rooms and implied they do not clean between guests which I could absolutely believe because everything in the room was dirty and stained. Including the beds, carpets and dishes. The staff entered our room even with the do not disturb sign out,, they were completely unapologetic when I brought up these issues. The entire stay with them was gross and unprofessional, we ended up leaving early even though we had payed for the whole stay. I will never stay here again nor will I recommend it to anyone. Very disappointing. The staff also bounced us around rooms, claiming the room I paid for couldn't have animals, due to carpets, they downgraded us to a completely carpeted room, when inquiring about it they reluctantly moved us to the bigger room I had paid for only for it to be less carpeted and very dirty. If I could rate 0 stars I would have.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past with no complaints. I’m not one to complain, but, we stayed there again last night when passing through the area. We were disgusted with the bedding in our room.There were small blood spots on the the bed cover and fairly large yellow stains on the sheets top and bottom.We asked for new sheets and a top cover and we given two fitted sheets to sleep on.We will NOT ever be spending another night in that hotel. Ever.

the staff are nice and rooms are fairly comfortable. my only complaint is the lack of sound-proofing. it's very hard to sleep when you can clearly hear every vehicle go by

Very friendly and accommodating staff, rooms are very clean and bright. Overall very good experience. Must stay at this place if you are looking for accommodation.

Located with a great view of the mountains. The rooms were bigger than most around that price and had a small table to eat at too. Hot tub wasn't hot enough for my liking and the free breakfast didn't have many options. Still a great experience overall.

Lipstick on a pig. New TVs and a mini fridge don't change the fact that this place is ancient with paper thin walls, noisy AC units and stained carpets. Not at all worth the $220 a night it costs to stay here. The broken toilet seat was a nice touch. Front desk guy was awesome.

Looks way nicer in the pictures than it is. Service was slow and unenthusiastic. The whole place had a very werid smell. The breakfast was just some muffins and cereal which tasted pretty stale. We went to The Lodge which is right behind the travel Lodge and it was so much nicer and cheaper.

Was NOT impressed at all by this motel. The lobby's aroma burnt my eyes and nose upon entering. Took a look at the jacuzzi tub and there was a mass of goo floating in the bottom. Got the keys to our room and moved out stuff in and found the place had not been vacuumed/cleaned. There was so much hair and dust on the bathroom floor, behind the door and in the tub. The curtain rod on the front window was bent like a pretzel. The entrance door to the suite was literally falling off it's hinges. We had to lift the door to close it. Couldn't connect to the free" wifi unless we walked to within one suite of the lobby. When told about not being able to connect we were told "It is a small town". What this has to do with wifi strength is beyond me. The lit Exit sign outside out suite was held up with an old boot lace. SOOOOO many spider webs in the stairwells.I will never stop here again and will NEVER recommend it. I WOULD recommend driving the extra couple hours to Prince George and stay there."
