I love Alt Vape in general but this is by far one of the best branches. Ty helped me out December 7th around 1:30 pm. They were awesome. Knew a lot about the product in the store. And even made sure to reinforce their points system and trade in system. Their manager also helped me inquire about the possibility of an Argus replacement pod. Took my name and number down to reach out if they could find anything. AWESOME STORE KEEP IT UP GUYS !

Been vaping for 8 years and have been to dozens of stores and this was hands down the best experience I've had. Staff was super friendly, knowledgable, honest and patient. Store was spotless and the selection is great. Only wish I knew the name of the employee so I could give her a shout-out.

Sad to share this but the employees working here are just so fake. Ive been a regular customer for the past 6 months and today as i happend to go to the store for a product that i purchased which wasnt good and sold to me. So just asked for an exchange and the employee named alexis was very arrogant and when i requested to her she said I DONT CARE ABOUT MY CUSTOMERS AND YOU CAN GET OUT FROM HERE. and as i pointed out to the cameras she said it doesnt record audio and told me to F OFF.Im never going back to this place ever and i hope reading my experience will change some thoughts about visiting this store and choosing some other where they care about their people.

This is a general review for the company as a whole:They have competitive prices and the FREE delivery within the city is just outstanding. They always come through and the driver is a dream to deal with. Always on time and super friendly. I've ordered a few times now and have recommended to many people and will continue to do so.

About a year ago I had a bad experience with an employee at a store and the manager tracked me down to make it right, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences ever since. The one thing I love the most is the free same day delivery in Calgary as I’m a very busy person and don’t always have the change to get to the store when I need to.Tonight I made an order and I thought I missed the cut off so I ordered it for tomorrow. But I got a text from the store asking if I wanted my order tonight.The experience I have had over the last year has made Alt Vape become my store, and now no matter how empty my juice is or how burnt my coils are, I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else.Make Alt Vape your store and I promise you won’t regret it!
