Reliable Parts

I'd give 0 if I could. After 3 months I still haven't received the order.They said I would not be charged till the part was shipped. This was a lie, it was on my credit card the day I ordered. Every time I call the expected date changes. I'll never order from them again, and hopefully the many similar reviews save other people this trouble.

Courteous, helpful staff. A part I ordered was ready before the estimated time - then Jeffrey went out of his way to offer sensible options (he was willing to help me work out a solution to a discontinued part to save me having to replace the whole machine).

Why is there no one answer the phone? I call several times but still I can't reach to anyone.

Friendly, courteous, location is accessible by bus too if you don't have a car, and above all, they have the part I need to fix my washing machine. And if they don't have it, they can order it for you. But be prepared, as sometimes parts take weeks to arrive specially if the parts you need is coming from Vietnam, Korea, Japan or China. Surprisingly, cheaper than Amazon or manufacturer's website! And their return policy is quite good too.This is my go to place to getting my parts replacement.

Small place where you can get machine parts from electronics. They have an online website too so you can check inventory. There’s very very limited parking and the line can get very long so be prepared to wait.I’m not sure about their return policy. It’s a little smelly in there.I just parked in the unit next door, lined up asking them for this part, got it an left. I suggest doing your own research before asking for parts.

The worst place you can go for partsThe guys at the front desk are extremely slow, they like to go off on random conversations when the store is filled with customers waiting for parts.They have 5 computers but only 3 employees that ALL are so slow and not competent at all.Horrible placeWastes my time every time i come here

Been using them for different parts and so far they usually have the parts in stock for quick fix without having to wait for shipping. Definitely a go to for parts and excellent service!

Disgusting people. Dishonest. Selfish. Just want your money. Make sure you get a second opinion on your products. The customer service representatives are trained robots who are trained to tell you they don’t accept returns after they scam your GRANDPARENTS into recommending hundreds of dollars worth in parts that they don’t need. Without going into detail, they talked my grandmother into a $80 remote she ALREADY HAD and then wouldn’t take it back. Just want to edit, the customer service lady that spoke to me turned me off of this company more than any other human I’ve ever dealt with on the phone. She said “it was your grandmothers choice to make a purchase”. She is 85 and taken advantage of. Sickening. Protect your family and friends.

Poor website and phone representatives are not helpful! I called 2 mins after I placed the order online to cancel and luckily they answered my call right away. The first rep I spoke with said he submitted already a cancellation request. Called again after 10 mins, no confirmation still about the cancellation. I called again after 15 mins, they told me I can't cancel the order anymore!!!! My mistake was that I didn't double check the address before ordering but please at least make your website friendly and PUT A CANCEL BUTTON IN IT!! Make your people helpful as well!!

They have to improve their customer service . Specialy the customer service person at the front desk rude .Company shouldn’t hire the person does not have skill . Also customer can’t be technician could be a home owner and need some stuff you need to know how to serve .
