The customer service is above and beyond any I have experienced at a convenience store before.The entire store is very well organized and exceptionally clean.They have also made a fresh parking lot behind the store.

Super friendlyVery clean and organized.Mass amounts of junk food.Some real food not a lot but a reasonable variety of things one often runs out of and needs in a neighborhood store. Milk, oat milk,eggs, butter ect.Very different then it was before, not better or worse but much tidier.

I’ve been in here twice since I moved to Kelowna the store is clean the staff is incredibly friendly! They have great slushies made with cane sugar this will be my go to slush stop. Today they offered me chicken and I had just eaten not long before I said not today and asked if it was good and that I’d try some next time they sent me home with a few chicken strips on the house which were absolutely delicious. There great customer service alone has locked me in as a loyal customer! Not to mention the Chester’s chicken is bomb!

The friendliest people! Excellent service every time whether in store or delivered. I’ve been in a few times and always had the most pleasant conversations while shopping and today I ordered through DoorDash, not only was my order perfect but they also took the time to write a kind message on the bag. It brightened my day. All businesses should show the kind of care to their customers that this business does. Definitely recommend to everyone I know, and will continue to support them!
