Sold me a bunk bed and mattress that didn’t match the safety guidelines, I called and they did nothing about it. Apparently they have been selling these to people all the time with no complaints. See pictures for more details. Child safety is apparently not important?

Purchased 3 appliances. Out of the box the dryer did not work. Baha the assistant manager said he could not offer any customer service to book the appointment with the manufacturer. Prices here are cheap but you get what you pay for, no customer service.
