Horrible communication, like your suppose to be there to help people better there lives not hang up the phone when you don’t have the correct information smh

There is a black woman who was working on Dec 13 for call centre. She refused gave me her name(because she knew a lot of clients want to complain her), hang up my call without any reason, super rude attitude, and screaming at me. Such a shame for a government department. We pay so much tax just for these great services.

The staff are always ready to help.

A parking trap here. Government property is supposed to have free parking. But here is VERY EXPENSIVE parking: $2/30min, $8/day. It means 2 hours parking is same price as whole day. Nobody answers my question that how long the citizenship test may take. So I bought daily parking. I finished test and interview in 35 minutes.Greedy! Another ripoff after taxes.

The worst experience of my life, after making me jump through several hoops and literally forcing me to apply for other programs they unceremoniously cut me off when I found a job, I'm going to have to find some way to survive for 3 weeks before I get my first paycheck, I'll never support the welfare state again, I'll vote for whatever politician cuts their funding by half

I was very fortunate to get the help from a worker to get my child into daycare so i can be able to start working back at my job, but coming there sometimes was a pain because the staff at the front or at other desks were very rude and was always given dirty looks, even when i said hello or goodmorning. I mean, i may not be the best looking person to you, but dont provide me with your bad service when i never asked for it. Thank goodness at the time of help, i withdrawed my child from childrens services. If parents go to the services to get assisted, the staff should help the parents right away when they are available to help, thats what they're paid to do. To my caseworker, thank you for helping me and guiding me through the process. You were very patient and the fact you listened to my small problems that you resolved quickly and got my child in daycare in time. This place is good to find jobs, type resumes, printing, photocopying and faxing. Thank you.

Nice staff however not helpful for those not on social assistance looking for work. I mean, I know they are not an employment centre, but I would think they should help people who want to work with employment too. It should not be necessary for you to be on assistance to receive employment leads. That's just my opinion.

My wyfe got her citizenship here. Within 2 days of her xzam. This location is very busy also.

Friendly staff behind the desk, not much help unless otherwise you book an appointment with an employment specialist. The place is always in pristine condition along with the equipment.
