Yes, they shred your paper securely, but the 39% fuel surcharge plus taxes added to the bill makes the process rather unpalatable. I live under 30km from the place where they take the paper to be shredded. I wonder if they allow dropoff of materials to be shredded and I can avoid that charge. Unfortunately, they only have the US based 1-800 number to call and they never even mentioned the fuel surcharge when I booked the service!Addendum- No response whatsoever from contacting the feedback email as suggested in response from owner"."

Check your invoices very carefully when dealing with this company. They over billed me by $271.00 when the correct bill amount should have been $899.00. When I called to question it they had no idea how they came up with that amount and it would take a number of days before I received a corrected invoice by email. Thankfully I did not give them my credit card number for payment. Approximately 5 days later I received what was supposed to be the corrected invoice. It now showed the total balance to be over $2,000.00. They had now combined the incorrect invoice amount with the correct amount. Emailed them to advise of their error and requested they send invoice for correct amount and confirm it was in substitution for this incorrect invoice. Some 5 days later I received that by email. Paid it by cheque. A month later they send notice that I am in default of paying the first incorrect invoice. I send further email advising them of their incompetence and should they take any steps to collect same and negatively affect my credit rating I would seek damages from them. Over a week later they finally send email that they have corrected their error. At no time did they ever offer an apology. I will stay clear of this business in the future. For anyone who is doing business with them, my advice would be to check past and future invoices very carefully.
