Hudson's Bay

Finally found my Jockey underwear here. But short on bras for plus-sized gals. Friendly staff but the Zellers floor was pricey and more of a clearance center for the Bay. But might get better as time goes on. April 23rd recreating the restaurant with a food truck outside.

Loved the Zellers section. The items were awesome and great pricing, I just wish there was more. Massive downfalls would be the balmy temperature in the store (prepare to sweat while doing nothing) and the inaccessible card machines. I’m short (5’) and couldn’t read the screens even on my tip toes. I can only imagine how horrible it might be for someone in a wheelchair.

1. The store manager did call us back within hours of filing a customer service complaint. We received an apology from the sales floor right away. Kudos to R.2. I worked in merchandising for many years at this location. It is a quality establishment. While it is neat that the Zellers" brand was brought back to the second floor many existjng departments were impacted by this move.I'm sad that men's dress shirts

I want this to be my go-to place, but I'm not sure they still want it to be mine. The last few times I've been in here, the selection of men's button up shirts was paltry; the worst I've ever seen. It's not just the case at this location but I found it to be the same at their Metrotown location also. They used to have RACKS full of them, and others folded all over the place too. Now they have nothing; what gives? And the quality seems to have gone the way of Sears before it shut down. And they wonder why sales are down? Having to open a Zellers locations in the store to boost sales? It will be interesting, but if they're not going to do anything to improve their selection and price in The Bay then I'm not sure what they're expecting out of this business.

Zellers pop-up is amazing and much needed for affordable and stylish goods. Also shopped the regular menswear section, and it wasn't great. The items I saw on sale online were shop-worn and limited in supply. The store itself is run down and in need of maintenance.

Love that Zellers is back! What a great amount of economical pricing options. Awesome wooden toys, I highly recommend checking them out. However customer service is not very good. And the amount of ( or lack of I should say) staff is dissapointing. I will be back Soley for the Zellers which is worth the whole experience in my opinion.

The store was such a mess. Very cluttered. No sales people around but I didn't need help anyway. Nice big fitting rooms.

I know that this location might change into a zellars, hope it does. Right now it is dirty, floor is disgusting, clothes look like they were hung by a 5 yr old. No real pride in appearance. Didn't find anything nice in dresses. Sad for what it's become.

I went to the bay to see the new Zellers. Quality of the materials sold in Zellers to be close to on par to what it used to be of course a bit more modern-day pricing because of inflation. A little creepy that all those other stuff is from this one brand but it's quality
