We rented a trailer from TIP and we were not able to return it after 6pm or on weekend. There was no security guard who could receive equipment after hours. They should provide after hours receiving service and rental pick up service. I called TIP helpline because I had no place to park rental trailer so I wanted to return it, he took my name and number and never called me back. I was stuck and without any help from TIP. We have picked and return trailers from Ocean trailer and it doesn't matter when you can return because security guard will be there all the time.I suggest that if you are planing to rent from TIP make sure that you have better return options.We won't rent from this place ever again. You can't even contact anybody after hours or on the weekend.

Great service every time . Jorge is great - always answers the phone or emails back very quickly. When they don't have the trailer we are looking to rent, they work to find something else that will work. Highly recommended!
