We used Elite Appliance via warranty service for a freezer that was received with damage. Elite Appliance promptly got in touch with us to schedule an appointment to assess the damage and a second appointment to install the parts once they arrived.Communication was clear, we had advance notice when the technician was on their way, the technician arrived on time and was professional and friendly. The technician had excellent attention to detail and was quick to sort things out. Following my initial contact, I received an SMS message proposing a service date within one day, indicating their efficiency and effectiveness. The assigned technician, arrived punctually and conducted himself in a professional and friendly manner. He conducted the repair with utmost professionalism, addressing the issue directly and honestly. After conducting the necessary checks, it was determined that everything was in proper working order. Elite Appliance Service repaired my Bosch dishwasher (work order number :484207) after the rinse aid indicator light stopped working. About a week after I called, I received an SMS message with a proposed service date - this was efficient and effective. Dontae was my service tech and he arrived on time. Dontae was professional and friendly. Before starting, he explained briefly how he would investigate the problem. After accessing the soap dispenser unit he noted there was water in the rinse aid dispenser. He left to confirm details with Bosch and a few days later returned with the parts to fix the appliance. Person came in to fix my dishwasher that had it's door stuck. The person just pulled my dishwasher several times, looked at Google and told me that I needed to buy a new dishwasher. They told me that they would follow up with me if they were able to find a part that could fix it. They never followed up with me. They weren't even able to recommend me a new dishwasher. All this for a total of $150. Not worth the value. Might as well call a Taskrabbit person

The service I received from Elite Appliance hasn’t ended yet. The kind, personable and well-informed serviceman Bob repaired the fridge/freezer. Cannot place any food in the fridge for 24 hours; the freezer - a full week. While the service seemed good, I await the repair results. Would I recommend Elite Appliance? Yes. Bob was professional, courteous and punctual. The call centre was attentive as they listened to my concerns and gave me the requested morning 3-hour servicing window of 9 to 12 for the two necessary appointments. Thank you Elite! 503496

Had purchased extended warranty for my 5 year old fridge and it broke down 2 weeks before the extended warranty expire. Called the hotline and Elite Appliance Service was dispatched to handle my case. Speedy contact from them for knowing further detail of the situation, and within just 3 day, the technician came to my house with the service parts and fixed it on site in just two hours. I contacted Elite Appliance services for my dishwasher leakage issue (work order number :505019). The customer care was quick to response and schedule the technician. Thye kept me informed for any delays/rescheduling during the process. The technician was very professional and did the proper diagnosis to fix the issue. Good quality service.

Terrible service.The technician scratched the brand new appliance when it required repair out of the box. A new part had to be ordered. Two and a half months later, no part. Every call requires the same correction of information on file (5 calls to follow-up so far). Supervisors may or may not call back and the excuse is always that the part is not in stock. They then try another distributor and still, nothing arrives and no follow-up. Don't use this company. Regret purchasing a brand new high end Frigidaire wall oven as well. (To the responder who is trying to deflect and falsely question the authenticity, maybe check with your supervisors. It speaks volumes about integrity too.)
