Normanview Mall Medical Clinic

I visited the Normanview mall medical clinic in June 2023. This place was filthy. They have a sign asking you to remove your shoes. I told them I would not remove my shoes because their floors were filthy. The chairs in the doctors office were disgusting. They should not have fabric chairs at all. I am sure the health department would close this clinic.

Today had Dr Mutand. Dr Pham was doing clinic visits via telephone. Dr Mutand was very friendly as usual. I heard laughter from the room next door while he treated the other patient before me. He listened to me carefully, checked my stomach, heart and throat. Was given a prescription, and lab paper for blood work. Great job as always. I’ve been informed that Dr Draper is no longer at the clinic.

I had a good experience there. Friendly front desk staff and Dr Ramadan was fondly too and took time to listen to my problem.The waiting time was long tho which I guess is normal for a walk-in clinic and it shows they don't rush everyone out which is good

Awful experience. My son had a pretty high fever, without even thinking twice he said he has pneumonia take him to the ER now. I panicked and rushed him there and it turned out his lungs were just fine. There was no need for me to panick and if he would have just took the time and actually looked at him I could have saved me an afternoon in thehl hospital.

I’m leaving 2 star because they have been helpful and understanding, however I’ve showed up here to nobody present in the building on a rather mild snowy day. Also the doctor is frequently late showing up, leaving myself and other patients in the waiting room for beyond half an hour. This is the third time I’ve waited in excess for the doctor to simply show up and walk into the building, it’s completely unprofessional seeing as I would lose a job if I did this on a regular basis only my job doesn’t have people’s health and well-being relying on it. This place has become a last ditch option for myself and my family I also had an argument with front desk staff about my shoes being on as I seen the doctor walk in the building with outdoor shoes and serving people with them. And when I point it out to her she says oh these are our indoor shoes and I said no your floor is visibly dirty, she says no take them off they are outdoor shoes

I waited at this clinic for over an hour and despite me explaining that I needed a form filled out- they allowed me to wait that long and proceeded to tell me that they onlyaccepted cash. When I tried to go to an ATM In the same parking lot the doctor told me come back tomorrow- I explained I needed it today. He would not let me leave and come back and sent me off to a different medical clinic. When I got to that clinic it was not taking walk ins and they claimed the doctor did not call them. Terrible beside manners. I would avoid this at all costs.

I am giving them 2 stars because they have been helpful in my past.But as of lately they have been closed each time I show up, I work an 8 to 5 job and most doctors are not accepting patients. So I am left to come here... Well at least up til now.I tried showing up to this place twice on this day I am writing this review abd their doors were closed temporarily the first time, then apparently their system was down..

This clinic is terrible - big signs everywhere stating masks are MANDITORY even though its June 2023 and everyone has dropped their mandate. The real problem isn't masks, I don't mind wearing one but if you are going to make it mandatory, then maybe the STAFF should try wearing them. They tell patients to take a mask and wear one all the while not wearing one themselves. Its a joke.

Do not go here, the people at the front counter are very rude! It was an big argument with the doctor to get a requisition form for myself.. they also said they booked me an mri for a hurt knee and just wrote it on a piece of paper and didn’t book anything, I would give Zero stars if I could

I wanted my 4 year old son to be examined for a concussion after a bad fall. Just wanted an examination cause I already know I’m supposed to monitor him for the symptoms. The doctor said “she needs to go to the hospital” without even checking anything. While I was in the middle of asking him why he needs to go to the hospital he walked out of the room and said “because of her age” and while I was trying to ask what that would have to do with a hospital visit he just left the room. Completely dismissive, unhelpful and unprofessional.
