Pearl Fever Tea House
Best bubble tea in the Guildford area. I love mixing flavours to see what they taste like and honestly, the workers there really have learned how to mix well so it always tastes good. Customer service is personable as well and I like the feeling of being welcomed every time I come in.

Love pearl fever! Always make my drink consistently well and never have any complaints. They have milk alternatives as well which is a huge plus! Staff are friendly, service has always been very fast for me even during busy times. I recommend this location!

Been to this location multiple times and I usually get a mango smoothie with pearls. I usually have a positive experience but the last 3 times I’ve been here the pearls have been cold and not cooked properly — they have been hard in the center and don’t fit through the straw because there all stuck together. Customer service is okay, if you come here during the day during busy hours, you’ll sometimes be waiting 10+ minutes for one drink. Prices aren’t that great, but if you only come here one in a while I guess it’s alright to spend $7 for one drink. I would highly recommend other bubble tea shops in Guildford mall or around the area — good taste and much cheaperEdit: they claim that if you email them you’ll get customer service help, but they don’t respond to their emails. I emailed them over 1 month ago and still no reply.

The pearls are a bit tough/chewy with no taste at all which is very disappointing, especially since they have the word 'pearl' in their name... as for the taste, I tried the coffee+ice cream flavor with a shot of mint, nothing special, just taste like black coffee with a tiny hint of mint...

I got a matcha oreo flavoured with pearls. The pearls weren’t cooked properly; the middle part was hard. The price was $11 in total just for one bubble tea. The taste was bland and did not taste anything like oreo or matcha. I thought it was highly overpriced with the inflation. The bubble tea was not large size either.

Don't let the name Pearl Fever hold you back from the real deal. Kris, the manager was very helpful when I came in to try something new.Instead of my regular basic taro milk tea, he recommended me the royal Rocher. IT'S MADE WITH REAL CHOCOLATES. My new favourite.KRIS YOU THE MAN!

I went in there for the 1st time and ordered 3 drinks, after waiting in a line for quite some time because there was only 2 people working there.I asked for no pearls in my drink and the order was repeated to me 3 times but it was still made with pearls.They make you pay with a card so you're forced to give a tip, so I basically tipped for them getting my order wrong and not even acknowledging it or apologizing. I definitely would not go back here and I don't recommend anybody else does either. Waste of money and time.
