Very pleased with this company. We used them to clean up my grandparents property, the bin was delivered first thing in the morning. We were able to get it done in one day. We definitely would recommend.

Spoke with Chris one of there managers over the phone about a quote for Junk Removal.Honestly, one of the most rudest conversations I’ve had while trying to deal with getting my yard cleaned up.They tell you they can price match and beat the competitors, and then rudely tell you it’s going to cost more and to take the other offer.You’re best taking your business elsewhere for much better customer service.I’d give it less than 1-Star if that was an option.

Our non-profit used this service to get rid of excess material and furniture when downsizing. The people were prompt, friendly and cleaned out the space quickly. When it became evident we would need a second truck, they did their best to keep costs low and retrieved a second truck immediately. I was very impressed.

Jeff and his guys showed up early after calling to confirm if it was okay with us. Basically did the job on the spot quickly and efficiently ( removed 10’ x 4’ x 5’ wooden shed ) and were gone before the time they were scheduled to show up to simply quote us. We used Junk Works Dumpster rental over the holiday weekend. When we bought our house from our in-laws they left a lot of random junk in the shed and in the backyard under the deck. The amount of junk and clutter was making us depressed. We were so nervous that we would have to spend so much to use a removal company. We got the bill today and honestly we are so happy with the price. From the first friendly phone call to book the dumpster, to the phone call to drop off the dumpster, to the swift and silent pick up on the final day, it was all positive. Loading the dumpster was the hardest part because everything was so heavy. The doors open at the back though so easier to get heavy things in. We couldn’t be happier with this experience. Highly recommend Junk Works. They made a task we’ve been avoiding for over a year, very simple. We now have clean spaces to call our own and start making this house our home. It means a lot to us.
