I've used Spotless Dry Cleaners since they first opened in Burlington. First at the Millcroft store and more recently on Walkers Line.Their plantsdo a good job on all the basic dry cleaning jobs and if you have special requests, they are always eager to help. The staff at the front desk get to know your name and make the drop off so easy. They are so friendlyI think the prices area little on the higher side but the service and quality are worth it!

Friendly efficient service. They really do get to know you making drop off and pickup easier. The alterations and repairs I've requested over time were always well done and clean. Highly recommend them.

We have been using this dry cleaner for years with no issues. The new owners, however, have left a lot to be desired. They have lost one of our orders (Two shirts and a pair of pants) which they claimed we picked up for days before finally admitting we did not. We are in talks about getting a reimbursement for the lost items. Kept using them (mistake) and just got a pair of pants that were sent with a matching belt in the same fabric (in the belt loops so removable) and just opened my order hubbie picked up. No belt! Based on the last experience, I doubt I will see it but maybe miracles do happen? Anyhow - DO NOT USE!
