My car would not start and I considered having it towed to the workshop. I called this company and the person who answered was very helpful. Initially he said they were only able to send the tow truck in a few hrs time but on hearing I had to wait with the car, he accommodated me and arranged to arrive within half an hour instead. Thankfully my friend managed to get the car started and I didn't need the tow, but I was grateful that the company tried to help. Also, when I called to cancel, even though he was already en route, he was very good about it and didn't even charge me anything. I am saving their contact number for future need
