Worst transport company ever, Make promises they cant keep. lose your product or damage it, you name it, these guys are a joke, will never be using them or recommending them again. avoid at all cost

We had Jays move our belongings recently. They started right on time and moved quickly through our whole house. I found them very cautious with our furniture and wrapped our bedding with care. The young men were friendly and happy and just made a stressful move much more pleasant. I would recommend this company to anyone in a similar situation. Thank you Jays!

Get two time deliveries from Jay's( Home Furniture) always on time and driver and helpers are very nice and polite, smiling face.Thanks,Jazz Transportation ltd

Drivers will not deliver to the house. Multiple times, I have received shipments on skids, and they have been left blocking the driveway or even on the street. Complaints to the company don't seem to resolve any issues. Would not recommend it, but it's out of my control.

We placed an order for a large outdoor item which came from the USA and ended up at Jay’s for localDelivery.Our item was promptly delivered the day after it was received at their warehouse (not counting a holiday closure), and I was extremely pleased by their friendliness, professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction in this transaction.It would be a pleasure to work with Jay’s again in the future!

I used Jays for moving out of my condo, for storage for a few months, and then to move into my new home in August. The entire process was so easy. Amanda from Jays came out to my condo and told me exactly how many boxes that I would need. She was so helpful with every inquiry I had along the way. Both sets of movers I encountered were professional and courteous. They did everything from taking furniture apart, wrapping fragile items, and putting everything back together in my new home! I’ve experienced moving without the help of a company and I can tell you that the service provided by Jays is 100% worth it. Hopefully we are in our home for the long haul but if we ever need moving services again Jays will be our first phone call.

We booked our household move with Jay's and were completely satisfied with the results. Amanda provided helpful advice when she came to our house to price the move. On move day, Everett, Noah and James showed up on time and efficiently moved everything from old location to new. All Jay's people were friendly and good to deal with, highly recommend them for both service and price.

Jay's is a top notch moving company and we have used them multiple times for company required relocations and for personal relocations. They are professional, accommodating and effective. I would not hire any other moving company and would recommend them to anyone. They are as careful with your stuff as can possibly be expected. They even take their boxes back and give you a refund for them!

I phoned Jay's to get a quote to move a few items from Regina to Edmonton. The receptionist I spoke with said she would pass my details along and someone would get back to me. I didn't expect a call back in less than 10 minutes. Amanda was very helpful and instantly provided pricing and other options for the itmes I was looking to move that may be more cost effective. I really appreciate the fantastic customer service.
