Ozzy and Stan are awesome! Ozzy went above and beyond at the initial service call to investigate the issues and explain how the system works (electric heat pump/furnace). The new install went very smoothly with no concerns. I would highly recommend this family business, they do great work! And great prices too!

I’ve used Stan and Ozzy in the past at our old home to repair our furnace, quick reliable service and willing to trouble shoot and offer advice over the phone. When we purchased a new home, we knew we’d eventually have to replace our 20 year old furnace and AC. Our furnace died in March during a cold snap and they were quickly able to replace it. They put customers first. Highly recommended.

Came highly recommended through friends. Our Tank water heater broke down late at night and SOS Air came first thing in the morning and completed a Tankless water heating system for a very fair price and staff was very friendly, clean and covid safe! Would highly recommend and will continue to use for all my water heater and hvac needs in future!!!

Stanley and his partner from SOS Air came to my home to perform furnace maintenance on my unit. They both did an exceptional job cleaning it and they were awesome to go over the furnace unit with me and explain the functions of the furnace. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from SOS Air. My furnace broke overnight during a major heatwave, taking out my thermostat and ac. I called SOS as they were recommended by a neighbour.While on the phone, Stanley walked me through taking some pictures and identifying the exact make and model of some of the suspect equipment. He then was able to source parts and arrive ready to go with zero back and forth, no secondary visits or waiting on additional parts. No nonsense.While on site it was actually two experienced technicians that arrived. They were top notch - everything you hope for when needing help. Knowledgeable, experienced, professional, friendly, honest, and genuinely nice people.They thoroughly reviewed my system, confirmed the problem, and made the repair/replacement.Excellent job guys!

It's a family business with a family charm. These guys do not disappoint, they installed an AC unit >7 years ago, and it still going strong. I Called them when my furnace broke down, they repaired it and cleaned it out now its good as new. Other companies wanted to install a brand new furnace for 5 times the price of the repair. It is easy to install a new unit but it takes knowledge, skill and experience to repair an old one. I will always recommend SOS Air.

I wanted to convert my electric range to a gas range. Stanley and his company SOS Air came with a very strong recommendation from Home inspector pro. Stanley is super knowledgeable and gave recommendations on the installation of the gas line. Stanley and his brother were on time, did their work with super quality, cleanliness, and professionalism. They are very nice people with a lot of patience. They did the required testing, sealed and cleaned the sight, painted the pipe to save it from the weather, put the safety shutoff valve, and will come back to install the range once I will get it delivered. And based on their quality of work they are very economical. 10 out of 10.
