My husband, newborn and I came for lunch at Kelsey’s this afternoon. We were blown away by the attentive service we received from Kristen. She was charismatic, prompt, and gave great advice on the menu. Will most definitely come back and hope we get her service again!

Went to Kelsey’s for a few apps to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Kelsey’s has seriously improved in quality, the food was fantastic and the drinks were delicious too. Rebecca was our server and the service was super fast. We will definitely be going back!!

Can’t even get a spinach dip right. If there was a zero rating…..that would happen. Was told the kitchen was having “an off night”. Wow!!! Maybe 5 tables in whole place. Manager has walked by many times, knows there is issues. Did nothing. Never coming back to the worst restaurant in Clarington. Perhaps Durham region.

Seems like a popular place on a Tuesday evening. Had a curry thai bowl with sauce on the side, my go to at this establishment. It appears they are short staff, which seems to be common with all food services lately.

Just awful, service is slow.. ordered extra fries and it less then the kids portion. Didn’t see the server once since being served our food… been here a few times and the only thing that is consistent is the prices going up and the portions going down.Stay away.

We ate dinner here last night and Kara was our waitress. She is nothing short of amazing. She always gets the orders right the first time. She is always smiling laughing and making you feel relaxed and welcome. She has a great sense of humor. We are regulars at Kelseys and because of the great service Kara provides we only sit in her area. She has been our regular waitress for some time now.

Terrible quality food, the fries had a frozen taste and they included black ends of the fries (undercooked), lacked the flavor and seasonings we paid extra for, the buns with the soup and sold seperate aren't even buns for a human, more like buns for a mouse (false advertising), the fish one soggy no flavored sloppy piece cut in half that appeared to have been uncooked flour inbetween the sloppy pieces. All toppings for the burger smooshed to the bottom made it really unappetizing. The spinach dip was just ok like every other place in town like it comes from the same bucket, the pitas were rock hard couldn't even eat them as it was like chewing rocks or over cooked croutons. Total waste of money. The pasta had 0 flavor my kid had to add a ton of seasoning to just eat it and said the chicken tasted like rubber with 0 flavor. Better off buying frozen dinners than ever ordering take out from this place.

Had a few friends together for the first time in a while. Came in and was greeted well, very quick service. We were served by Katelynn and she was fantastic. Very attentive, and didn’t forget anything. Have great suggestions on the menu. Very happy with the service here. 10/10

I come here every now and then because Catie makes it such a great experience as our server. Very kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and swift. Food is always great and the service makes the whole experience one worth going back for.

Great food. Had the steak- cooked perfect and moist. Loved the balsamic sauce. Delicious broccoli. Kristen our server was cheerful kind and awesome at her job. Granddaughter and I will definitely return again.
