Gerici was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us when we encountered a minor issue during the pick up process. Thanks to her help throughout the entire experience, the process was smooth and enjoyable. We really appreciated her assistance and positive attitude.

Unfortunately, not impressed by this Tesla location. It is too small for the traffic it receives, including not having enough parking for customers. In addition, it appears understaffed without anyone greeting you or pointing out where to go to actually get some assistance.Considering the price of the vehicles, I would strongly recommend Tesla obtain a large location, possibly in the nearby auto mall, and hire more staff.

Very bad experience, no one helped me at the door, finally the store manager came to see us, but contacted him after going home, would not reply to me, gave my order pushed to a sales, but sales also did not return my phone and message. The reason: sales and brand concept is different than other brands, everything needs to operate on their website with own exploration, which is a challenge with me.

The delivery date for my Model Y was on June 18, 2023 (Sunday). Delivery and the service provided by the staff at the Richmond Tesla dealership was below average. No one was at the front desk designated for delivery. Had to hunt someone down to help me. It seemed that the staff were frantic/lost to some degree, and didn't really know what they were doing because there were too many people in the dealership. I was told the delivery process wouldn't take that long, but I was there for 2.5 hours. It was an unorganized process. On top of this my car was dirty and had cob webs, had to ask them to re-wash it. The car also wasn't fully charged and had around 15km of battery life. Not a good way to start off a Tesla relationship with a client. The dealership should hire more staff if needed. Below average service at this dealership.

The car delivery scheduling is terrible at this dealership. We received text messages on the phone telling us to schedule a day and time to pick up the car. When we arrived on the scheduled delivery day, the Rep told us that the car was still in transit, so we went there for nothing! They told us to come back again the next day, but couldn't tell us a specific time because the car is still “parked at their storage lot”. When I called the dealership the next morning, guess what..the car was still not there. The Rep on the phone had no ideas about the ETA of the car despite the fact that the Tesla App shows that the car is ready to pick up. It is the worst car buying experience!

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Tesla Richmond branch, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. Despite being promised that I could pick up the car on May 24, the reality was far from what was initially communicated to me.Upon arriving at the branch to pick up the car, I was informed that the vehicle I had ordered was not available. Shockingly, no one from the company had bothered to notify me via call or email prior to my visit, leaving me incredibly inconvenienced and frustrated. Instead, they casually suggested that I could opt for a different car with white interior but with an additional cost of $1300. Desperate for a vehicle as I had already sold my previous one, I reluctantly agreed to this option.To make matters worse, the car I received had several noticeable exterior deficiencies that required attention. I was told that it would take approximately 4 to 5 days to fix these issues at another shop. However, the repair process dragged on for a whopping 13 days, far exceeding the promised timeline. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company via email and phone calls, my messages went unanswered, leaving me in the dark about the progress.The level of customer service and management exhibited by Tesla Richmond branch throughout this ordeal was simply horrifying. There was a complete lack of proactive engagement from their representatives, leaving customers like myself feeling invisible and neglected. It shouldn't be the customer's responsibility to track down a representative for answers; there should be a system in place to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.My overall experience with this branch was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise against choosing their services. The lack of communication, the unfulfilled promises, and the overall disregard for customer satisfaction make this company one to be avoided. There are far better options available that value their customers and provide a much higher level of service.

Terrible experience during delivery and no one ever responds by phone/email.For context, this is my first time purchasing from Tesla and my delivery was on Oct 29, 2022.My father and I were very excited to come pick up my vehicle and we had all my documents ready- or so we thought. After we finished taking a look at our vehicle, the receptionist told us that the cheque that we brought was not accepted as a down payment method. She tried to connect with the advisor and manager, but it ultimately led to no favorable solution. The week before delivery, I was contacted by a Tesla representative to set up an appointment for the delivery of my vehicle, and he asked to confirm the details on my account. I did not catch his name, but he asked me to email and confirm details to my advisor Juan. I emailed Juan to confirm my details and communicated with him by text.At the time of delivery, I stood in front of the reception desk awaiting approval from the manager for my banking details, I felt embarrassed in front of my father and the people standing around at the dealership. Not only was it very time consuming, but it also ended with an unsatisfying result with no help provided. I believe the response was very unfair on my end because it was very inconvenient for me as I had already confirmed twice with different people on what documents I needed to bring. Other concerns were - What if I had no transportation? What if there is traffic? What if the bank was closed? Who is going to compensate the time I lost from doing all this? There was really no help provided and felt like the manager was basically brushing me off with the attitude of you are on your own". The manager was upstairs but only the receptionist was relaying his messages to us from her laptop. He/she did not even bother to meet us in person to resolve the misunderstanding. I thought that picking up a new car would be a joyous experience

I had a windshield appointment booked via the app, no human contact is very annoying, as no one was answering my questions. They said that they don’t bill ICBC directly, but I would get reimbursed. They failed to mention that it would not be fully reimbursed. They also failed to let me know if a loaner car was available. Time to add a human contact number.

My experience with this branch was incredibly disappointing. Despite being promised a car on May 24, they failed to inform me beforehand that the car I ordered wasn't available. They suggested a different car with a white interior for an additional $1300, which I reluctantly accepted. The car had multiple exterior issues that took 13 days to fix instead of the promised 4 to 5 days. My emails went unanswered, and the customer service was abysmal. The lack of attention from representatives were additional frustrations. Avoid this company at all costs.

Worst experience ever. We already booked our Model Y LR online, but was not sure which connector to get. We came to the store and waited but nobody came to us. We reached out to one of the sales rep ourselves, but he was very impatient. He was staring at somewhere else when talking to us, and didn’t care about our questions. I wonder how this place is treating their customers.
