This place used to be lovely and worth it…Unfortunately these day you spend almost $80 for 2 pizzas and the service isn’t the best… most of the servers seems to be 16 and not caring about customers.The pizza taste is good but not worth the money to be honest.We are pretty disappointed because it used to be our go place… too bad

Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria - Market Square
This is one of my all-time favorites for Italiano thin crust pizza in Victoria. I have only ever had the pizza because it's so good. This is one of those types of pizza where the term less is more fits perfectly. There isn't much of each topping on any of the pies but it works so well and tastes incredible. I would highly recommend the Cavoletti. It sounds weird when reading the toppings, but it comes together as something extraordinary. For anyone who has not tried Famoso, I would say go and try for yourself.

I've had really amazing pizza from these guys love it. However seems to be alot of confusion prepping the orders as ever single time I ordered a pureleaf ice tea they always give me the cheaper brisk iced tea. Every single time then today I got the completely wrong pizza.just hoping the confusion gets settled as I quite liked the food the first couple times

It was just us and another customer so I don't think we can blame whatever this pizza was on how busy they were, can we? What you see on the pictures is a saggy pizza with maybe a descent crust, with some low grade deli chicken squares on top and raw onions and tomatoes that feel were added at the last minute? I didn't know a pizza could taste over cooked and raw at the same time... Furthermore, we weren't asked if we wanted more pop, I guess soda refills are not an option? Last but not least the staff could work a little on presentation, running around in dirty tops/uniforms I mean what's the excuse for that?

My mom and I had a wonderful lunch while shopping downtown. I ordered the prosciutto arugula pizza not realizing the prosciutto is not cooked into the pizza. I asked the staff if it was possible to place it back in the oven to crisp the prosciutto, apologizing for my mistake. The manager kindly offered to make a new pizza with the prosciutto cooked on top for no extra charge. They were extremely kind, generous and the pizza was incredible. My mom ordered the tomato bisque with her pizza and raved for most of the day about how good it was. We had a wonderful lunch and very much appreciated the effort to go above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Famoso and will be back again.

Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria - Market Square
We waited about an hour for 2 pizzas and a salad to be served. I would have chalked it up to it being Boxing Day and the restaurant being short staffed, but based on the other reviews it looks like this is the norm. The pizza was decent, leaning towards doughy. Utensils and napkins was provided in a mason jar on the table, but there was only 2 napkins and 2 knives for a table of 4.

We went there on 19th April yesterday in the afternoon. The girl over there was pretty rude. Was it because of racism. I totally felt so. As i was carrying a pet, I asked for takeaway because she didn’t entertained my one foot inside. She didn’t even let me have a glass of water while I was waiting for my order to get ready. Even while handing over pizza to me she didn’t gave any napkins, seasoning etc. i wonder they must be delivering orders to places so they know how to do that right.

Can someone train their employees on the menu properly, please? The truth is we did end up having 2 servers but that was not an excuse to be handed the bill and no drink (and desert) for my child who was patiently waiting fir the entire meal. Mind you they had only other 2 tables with 2 people each, so they definitely were not busy! I had to ask for 3 times for my kid’s chocolate milk and ice cream before we left, though servers should have known what kids meals come with in the first place and not leaving us feeling like beggars. Luckily my 6 yo is very patient for I wouldn’t have been! So, once again, please train your servers!Food was ok, pizza and pasta came in a timely manner.

Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria - Market Square
The pizza was amazing but the whole edge of my crust was extremely burnt. The service was good and the place was calm and nice until some people and all their screaming kids came in. which isn't the restaurant fault, it's just something I noticed, it was kinda annoying because they seated them right in the middle of the restaurant when there where big tables off to the sides.
