Had product available for delivery the same day. The delivery team brought it down to where we needed our dryer - quick and friendly team!

Worse possible customer service, was told 2 weeks delivery, on the 3rd week I CALLED, and then they told me not for another two weeks, gave me a delivery date, Just called of no they will not be coming this way till next week. ALL toll 1.5 months, and they never called to keep me informed

Great customer service, Wendy went out of her way to accommodate me in both selecting and ordering my new living room set. We were able to communicate via text messages, email, and phone. She was honest about delivery dates and price changes. Thanks Wendy I'm looking forward to receiving my new furniture.

Te delivery person were fantastic Steven and I can’t remember the other, so sorry pry, but both young man were very caring about the furniture the bring into your home, I really give them A+The sellers from the store Wendy and the rest of the staff treating us fairly well they are attentive to your need and always jovial, at the end it is now my store! Good job team most of you I met but forgot your names. Nonetheless your super gang, you work as as a family! Thank you so much, I will be back soon!

Very bad customer service, buying a brand new washer from a salesperson named Shalyn, who never indicated it was a floor model, and she did say that they had it in stock. Delivery guys show up, I told them I'm not happy with the floor model and they said that it was only put on the floor 2 days ago. I called Shalyn back to express my sincere disappointment, and she blabbed about how she helped to make the sale and that she didnt need to have it delivered until next week. And plus she did mention that she doesn't make commission off of it, so doesn't matter anyways. She hung up and I called back to speak to the manager or boss or owner, she sarcastically says that they are busy right now with a client. First time bonanza customer and last time to boot! Buyer beware! Don't recommend this business!

Love our new couch worth every penny! Staff and delivery people were all very helpful and friendly. Will be back for future purchases

Today, I was in their store. I was shopping for a bedroom suite, living room furniture, dining room furniture, washer and dryer .. etc .. do you think anyone would help me? Not one soul came to ask me if I needed help. I walked around and around and around. Nice customer service. I saw one guy watch me do it, too. He just stood there. After I circled the store, I went over to the Brick and gave them my money. I was there at 3 pm October 2nd.

Ordered a three rack dishwasher and received a two rack. Did not know until it was installed.The Salemen said it was their mistake. But I am stuck with it because it is installed. I said I would keep it, they can send me the missing rack. All they had to do is give me money off due to their mistake. They lost a good customer.

Went in with my mom, as she needed to buy a new washer and dryer. Great customer service! Gave us their honest opinion and showed her the best deal options of exactly what she was looking for. They were upfront about the price change occurring tomorrow, in order for her to save some money. Not to mention, next day delivery! We throughly enjoyed the friendly service!

Absolutely terrible customer service, they do not keep their word, are rude, and as it was put to me very pleased to cancel order" for non compliance of promise to deliver
