I don’t recommend this mechanic. I went in to get an oil leak fixed, they quoted me $445, it’s still leaking oil, I now know why they have a bad rating on google. An overall bad experience, I hope they go out of business.Update to reply:I never requested the oil pan gasket get replaced, I mentioned it might be the problem, it’s your job to diagnose the problem and fix it.I asked for the tire to be retorqued because it was recently taken off and needed tightening, not because another shop didn’t do it.I also asked for coolant to be removed, and you didn’t do that. Also you overfilled my engine with oil which could have caused major damage if I didn’t check it.So actually by the way you responded to my review shows volumes of what kind of company you are, and yes I hope your shop shuts down. You shouldn’t be in business.

WHAT A GREAT COMPANY! I honestly can't say enough good things about these guys! They got me in, in a timely manner, kept me in the loop about the repairs and were some of the most honest mechanics I've ever used.I hate engine codes and a clunking under my car. They were SO quick to diagnose both! Being a female and sometimes less knowledgeable I have been ripped off for mechanical work in the past. I can say with 100% certainty this will not happen with these guys. Great bunch of honest mechanics. Thanks again K & S Auto Repair!

These guys are professional, straightforward & have been consistently excellent at correcting issues with my vehicles.

I used this smart start subcontractor.. He cancelled my install appointment just as I arrived so that he could take a more profitable auto mechanic client. He blamed smart start for the cancellation however he didn't inform me of any cancellation when I arrived until after he tried to over charge me saying my vehicle was a specialty vehicle". When I asked smart start ahead of time and they confirmed it was not. I called smart start once he said the appointment was cancelled and they said he had cancelled. He was very rude and became angry when I couldn't understand his very broken English as I was trying to get answers as to what happened with my appointment. In the end I was forced to make a new appointment elsewhere.This shop is very very unreliable

This guy is a joke. Drove 45 mins for smart start head unit replacement and calibration. This joker basically threw the new unit at me and told me he's done. I asked about the calibration and software update which smart start told me would get done, he started yelling at me and told me to go somewhere else.Stay away from this shop.UPDATEShop owner came out to lecture me about how leaving a bad review effects his Google ratings. Spent 15 minutes trying to save his Google ratings Instead of doing what should've been done in 5 minutes. Too busy arguing instead of doing his job.Nice work buddy

I’ve seen lots of bad reviews and have no idea where people get this stuff. The techs at the shop are fast, the prices aren’t obscene and the repairs are done correctly every time I’ve gone. Gary is a very knowledgeable owner operator (see all his certifications on the wall above the desk next time you go in, all his). Don the front desk guy is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain causes and possible remedies to mechanical issues in a non belittling fashion. It’s a great shop with state of the art code readers and friendly, efficient staff.

I have used K&S for both of my cars, an accord and a lancer. both times the job was done in good time with a bill that made perfect sense. id recommend K&S to anyone that values good service and honest workers.

I have a custom Ford F-350 with a Cummins 6.7 so AC lines are custom. I’ve had them leak for years and finally heard about Garry’s shop. New custom AC lines that are now up to the task and hopefully years of cool driving now.

Would give 0 stars if I could.These mechanics have no idea what they are doing. They are very unprofessional and have zero customer support. I took my vehicle to them when my engine light suddenly turned on. Normally, I would have taken it to my dealership but since it is far away, I decided it would be safer to go somewhere close by. They stated that they assessed it" and although the engine light was on and the was making noises they couldn't figure out the cause. They told me that they had taken it for a drive and revved my engine hard on the highway to see if it would sort itself out! I decided to pick up my vehicle the next day and take to another shop where they told me that they had cracked the radiator from w.e they did. MY CAR HAD 15
